Note to self: blog on Wenatchee "war on drugs" --burning of massive marijuana farms instead of waiting for caretakers, to follow and trace back to kingpin and yet people thrown in jail for minor possesion offenses...who is behind the farms and why are police protecting the owner and punishing the petty dealer?
other matter--"war on prescription drugs" and discrimination/stigmatizing of the disabled (those who require painkillers for chronic pain) as "drug-seeking"...Wenatchee example, washington state example & initiatives, and insurance matters + caps on punitive damages against doctors for malpractice. punishing the vulnerable and poor and protecting big business.
