This law firm that has done nothing but harm (I guess that's what the screw was for, was about screwing me and my son over) proceeded in a hearing without me.
I had already made a motion asking for a hearing to proceed pro se ahead of time and it was ignored. It wasn't even addressed at all and the only reason I did this was because I saw that costs are covered in Appeal if you go Pro Se, and I also knew this firm was intentionally harming my case rather than helping it.
Sure enough, they "lost" on a point that no one should lose over. The very fact they even "lost", on top of the other things they did and didn't do, is proof they had a conflict of interest from the very start.
Oh yeah, and by the way, the people THEY know had people that know my Mom and Dad, torture all of us. ALL of us. And no, I'm not exaggerating.
They forced my parents to not help with money even, and my parents weren't allowed to let me print anything out or use their paper. Why? My parents would want to help me. But you know what? No one likes being physically tortured. No one. When people are beat up by gangsters, raped, and targeted by the U.S. military, there is a problem.
It harms things like being able to defend oneself in cases that involve the same child the U.S. government is already using for their experiments and research.
I knew the Koch firm knew Justin Titus because of how they covered up for him and made him look good actually, instead of intentionally negligent. David Koch is Jewish. Justin Titus is Jewish. Patty Otterbach is Jewish. They "united" with a lot of others (some catholics) who don't like us. And it's not like the Jewish community doesn't keep tabs on people. Chris Rozollo said he was catholic but guess what? He's Jewish. Why would a "nice jewish boy" sleep with me, hope I go to jail, and then torture me with U.S. military technology and tell me he's "Catholic"? Could it be that some of the rotten Jews want the Catholic church to take ALL the blame, when some of them have done really bizarre things to my family? I wonder what the UK Jews-US Jew grapevine is like.
My family here is surrounded by Jews too. I mean, tons of Catholics and that's typical, esp. when you're dealing with CIA and FBI involvement and harassment...so they're united...but you start wondering about the whole jewish aspect of things when the jews are hiding behind covers of "Spirit-filled christian" and "Catholic". Because then, you bring in Mossad or jewish alliances and you start to wonder, since they are such a powerful group even if they're small, you start to wonder what motive they have for intentionally torturing others, even when they cry "Holocaust!" or "Discrimination!" if you say anything about THEM.
So whoever was just in my house today, by the way, Justin Titus, the "jewish" lawyer I had who deliberately fouled up my case to prove I was innocent, and who worked an Irish Catholic firm, he (Justin) had all of these pink and yellow symbolism ideas, for whatever reason. It was like, pink and yellow were turning into his family colors.
Whoever tied the strings on my door today, tied them into a sling shot. And yesterday, while my mother was being tortured, all these jewish and Catholic (and a few atheist but not many) people were driving by mocking what was happening. One woman had plates that said Davene. It was like some kind of celebration over David Koch and what his totally corrupt law firm did.
Predominantly, it's U.S. military and CIA because they run the programs. But the people wanting to be in position around my family and giving orders to harm and try to ruin us, or carrying out those orders, have acted a lot more like Mossad.
At least their synogogues knew there was a "conflict of interest" and had the decency not to respond or to discourage me from going to their place of worship. I had no idea. I had no idea such animosity and fear existed among them. It's the Jews who would rely on programs like The 700 Club to harass us as well. The 700 Club is so zionist-minded they are celebrating Rosh Hashana. ?! I guess they like getting the money more than they care about representing what christianity is about.
This law firm was not good and I was thrown into psych wards and injected with Haldol so I had no way to protest. Every dirty trick and illegal form of crime and torture has been done to keep my son from me so the U.S. military and CIA can use him for research, and keep using me as well.
They are hurting our entire family for money. They use US to make themselves money.
Wasson and the other 3 Judges at Washington State are all in on it. All of them.
A LOT of people knew how Wasson was going to rule and a lot of people warned me about the law firm too but I had no way to keep up when they refused to communicate.
To lose on something so obvious, the right to attorney at Termination and for at least the entire year I was without one and asked for one, is political.
They could say I don't like the Koch firm and that's what they wanted, to make it look like I wouldn't get along with any of them and it's not true. The points made have to be legal and paper ones, not just opinions about a certain person.
If they thought I wasn't getting along and needed mental help, why did they never do a competency review? It was the State's idea to say I had the worst possible mental illness anyone could have.
They slipped in their argument deliberately and I'm not going to make positive stupid assumptions and expect them to fix it in 30 days and get the evidence out there that needs to be out there.
I'm doing it myself and arguing the fact that yeah, if I had known I would have been paid, I could have done it myself, but being poor and kept out of work so the U.S. gets to experiment on you, doesn't help.

Break & Entry Today (my house)
Someone broke into my house today and it wasn't my Mom or Dad.
I looked at the string I had tied before I left, and I looked at it when I got back and it was U.S. military or someone with training in military.
They broke into my house, and violated my right to privacy and then decided to leave a message but making a design out of the way they retied things.
My Dad would never do something like that, ever.
And now there is a large U.S., let's see....helicopter flying over my house as I write this.
Oregon plates 188873 2 U.S. military men who couldn't wait for me to get home and see what they or their friends did. Don't believe me? just look them up and you'll see. It was a work truck of some kind but the men in it are military.
This is why my family is not safe. Not only are we tortured, the U.S. thinks they can go through our houses whenever they want without a warrant. They come in and put in hidden cameras and audio, and then if they ever worry about it, they go back in and take it out.
They broke into my house yesterday too, when I was trying to look out for my parents.
They broke in and then retied a part of the string.
Today they broke in, after torturing my family and me, and then they decided to retie it and made a design with little knots at different ends. Last night, someone came to my house, as they do almost every night...someone snoops over to our property and leaves something lying around on the property. This morning a man left a miniature screw on my table that's on my porch.
And then they came onto our property again, and went through the whole place. You want to know what one of their excuses is? psychic government research. They use ME to be a template for their other people to see if they predict things correctly and can view or read me well or not. They have totally used me.
So they tied this little circle into the string and then tied a little "v" into the string as well and used different colors to do it.
No, the string doesn't keep them out, but it lets me know when someone is coming in. Why did the federal government shut down processing of loan applications? because they don't want me to have money for anything. They knew if I went to college on time, I'd get financial aid and I would do things like buy security cameras and start tracking them. Which is what I did before and then they stole my evidence that showed I was a good mother and destroyed it...Wenatchee police did.
They don't care what they do to any of us.
They don't care who sees me naked, they don't care who puts up hidden cameras and tapes me doing everyday things, they don't care who listens into my conversations and besides the lack of privacy, they use their "research" as an excuse to betray our entire family and country and then violate domestic and international laws against TORTURE of human beings.
After they go through our houses, they make fun of us.

The odd thing about coming back to this town, aside from finding out what people are doing to my parents, and have done to all of us, is also finding further evidence that some of this is about the UK Middletons.

It is incredibly serious and has been very dangerous.
I felt I was just being "intuitive" when I said this, when I was still in Tennessee, but I was totally right.
I sensed such an incredible confirmation in my spirit about it and then on the bus once I knew there were people who agreed (a week later was the wedding & a funeral, some kind of sick joke) and then I kept getting confirmation after confirmation about it.
It was like they got what they wanted and then were thinking of leaving us alone, and then I started talking about what I was finding out and they begin to beat up my parents as if they're telling me.
They haven't told me anything. I can see it with my own eyes.
My mom's "friends", and people who surrounded my parents, and the timing of this, and then what's happened to me, combined with what's going on with them...
I took some photos of evidence today.
And to date, the police and FBI are in on torturing my parents and letting the military, gangs, CIA, Mossad, whoever wants to be in on it, apparently is.
Where IS the decent FBI? Where is the investigative team that's unbiased?
My parents are FORCED to lie. Why?
Because I make a report and then Patty comes over to ruin my mother's eyes again and watch to be sure my Dad eats something he was given to eat in the presence of a witness and who knows what else. Not only that, my Dad was beat up after I made the report.
In all of the people driving past today, I feel like I only saw 1 who looked worried and sick. Everyone else in town looked happy, malicious, or had their heads high over torturing us. Like they feel victorious over allowing the worst things you could do to someone, done to my mom and dad.
And there is a definite UK Middleton connection which makes all of this even more bizarre.
Not only that, I came back to find some group is attempting to make my entire family look "dumb". My mother knows how to dress well, and my whole life she's had good taste. Her whole house is decorated with some taste. However, I come back to find things in her closet she'd never wear, and putting her hair into dumb looking arrangements she would NEVER choose for herself, and when she was with Patty Otterbach, she was told to buy fake flowers like Michal Holt has at her house, which my mother isn't into. My mom likes real flowers, not fake ones. And the 700 Club is NOT the kind of christians my parents are either. It is not their style and they are spiritual and religious but I already know them well enough to know they have never liked that kind of thing in the past and it's no different now except that they've been forced to do what some group tells them to do, that tortures them if they don't.
It's not like they are sophisticates, they're normal people, but all of their good taste has been totally forced out and they've been forced to look dumb.

New Evidence of Torture to Bob Garrett
My Dad left at 6 a.m. this morning before I could see him. When I saw him at about 10 a.m. or earlier, he had new evidence of torture on his hands and body. And it is and was clearly torture.
His hands were the same color except for at the top joint of knuckles, not the middle part but top part and this was all red. His knees were also covered in a new substance. The top part of the knuckles looked broken.
They all appear to be fractured, and are swollen.
I stayed there to see what else I noticed, because the police and FBI here are, so far, in on it.
They were still red by the time I saw him and then after an hour, they were no longer red and I then noticed his thumbs and entire hands were completely distorted out of shape and gnarled--both of his hands were so swollen he was hardly able to handle the tools for working on the place.
I see my Dad's hands every single night, and today is the day they are ruined. He no longer has the same shape and strength to his hands. They are completely warped and it appears to be from a form of torture and might be a combination of more than one. His hands have changed overnight, and yesterday was the day I made the report to the local police.
The officer on duty was Coquille police officer Ray McNeilly, supposedly.
He also had a hard time seeing, and I noticed some form of military technology being used at the site, though not as much as before.
When he was getting off the ladder and trying to climb it, his back and knees were almost giving out on him and his other worker was fine. It seemed like nothing was wrong with him at all.
He's also been forced to drink something bad and was forced to eat something when Patty Otterbach came over last night. He might have been forced to drink something toxic this morning as well and couldn't stomach drinking anything.
I don't believe Patty Otterbach would have had the nerve to go back to my parent's place unless she already knew something had happened to my Dad.
I could not even check email about the case for my son, for a hearing yesterday, because my parents are in the middle of being violently assaulted and having the police and FBI cover up for it, and getting in on it. I am not joking. I am not lying. I am not exaggerating. I am not delusional.
They are being tortured, and tortured worse than I was personally tortured.
My son has also been tortured, but right now I have no ability to report what is happening and with my parents next to me, I am able to report the progression of their condition and how the United States government is either allowing others to slowly kill us, or are in on it.
That movie Spy Games, is what is happening to my parents, and no one is supposed to believe it's happening.
This woman just got up from her computer after watching me and looking happy about what is going on. She said she goes to the St. James episcopal church and that she's lived in Coquille only one year. Then she walked out giving the other woman next to me a sideways look and smirk.
Whoever has moved into this town, has moved in as back up to cover for those harming my family.
Not only is it possible my Dad was forced to drink something very toxic, someone had spilled gasoline all over the entire back of his truck. His entire truck, the whole bed, reeks of gasoline.
My Dad has also been forced to keep a generator running if he's out working on a place, and keep it running next to him the whole time, and why I'm not sure unless it's helping someone else facilitate a form of torture or line for it.
I found out things people were insulting me with, with Chris Rozollo, they are doing over here, and not only that, they are indicating they have connections with some of the people at the youth hostel I stayed at in Seattle, where I was tortured and poisoned under FBI watch. I went to the local station to pick up records, and this woman's entire desk was decorated with things from photos of me with my Ex, and things from the hostel where I was tortured and poisoned and visited by people from out of the country. They even brought people from Tennessee who harmed me, over here to then harm my Dad. No one would share information in this way except for mafia or gangs and the federal government. Or a church. It's easy to spread information through churches. The FBI accuses Muslims of doing this in their mosques and yet the FBI does the same thing in their own churches. I have seen this done in churches that are connected. It's like any other business or organization...if you have "cells" from one town to the next, it's easy to transmit information, whether it's a church or a synogogue.
My Dad's hands are completely ruined and this is what the U.S. has allowed.
Now I know that the sudden "arthritis" in one of his hands, which you couldn't see from the outside at all, was not caused by arthritis. Even though he had it in one hand, if you looked at his hands, you couldn't tell.
Today, there is no way he got arthritis or something that warped his hands overnight without torture.

Not only that, there was a full-on breaking down of a door at my parents house and nothing has been done about that either.
I put my report in writing and the liability is on The United States of America.
I will be sure to send copies to every agency I can think of, in this state and outside of this state, and keep records of the mailings and what information has been sent. And if this continues to happen to my parents, the U.S. has a wrongful death lawsuit on their hands. They are trying to have my parents killed. And the U.S. is allowing the same people they used all this time, to be tortured.
