I sent my first email to the UN civil society department and infodesk, on September 2nd or 3rd, 2011. I got a personal response from a woman who had an Eastern European sounding name, something slavic, and the first name was Ingrid or Ingride and then a last name with about 6-7 or more letters and she responded from the Civil Society department, not the info desk. She wrote about her concerns and explained about inquiries, and forwarded a link and then I wrote again, and said before I make a formal inquiry, could someone investigate? My first email was to the point and stated my mother and father were forced to work for the United States, we were all being tortured, and we are being held hostage. I sent it on September 2nd or 3rd, 2011, got a response immediately, and wrote again. Someone deleted my emails from the 3rd (I guess because they don't want anything that might show the entire Department of Education suddenly decided to quit processing my loan for college right after. Then, within a couple of days, the U.S. threatened the UN with a 22 billion dollar cut-off. This is the second email I sent, and it's more wordy and all over the place. But the first one was succinct and I got a response from a specific woman.
Since that date, I witnessed my parents being tortured more, along with me, severely beaten by the FBI, interrogated, and then they were issued "passports" with fake dates to make it look like they've had them all along and are free to travel. After they took the photos and issued the passports, my mother had her cut again and lightened so it looked like the photos were older when they're not.
The FBI went out of their way to beat my parents, and obstruct justice and they tortured all of us and then my case for Appeal to have my son was lost.
I can prove the FBI is involved, because I am able to identify the passports as fraudulent documents they concocted in case the UN or I or someone else wanted to see if they had them and could leave.
The U.S. tortured us, beat us, and raped us since I made this report on September 3, 2011.
Here is the second email which was not deleted by anyone like my first email and response was.

Hello Madam or Sir: I am writing in regard to a series of actions taken against me and my family in The United States of America. I would like to make a formal individual complaint, but before I do, I also read that sometimes your committees may make independent inquiries or investigations into allegations of torture. I have several severe allegations of torture, including but not limited to, systematic and regular physical and bodily torture against me, my parents, and my son and I believe there are others as well. I'm aware that most of my complaints to your organization should be able just myself or someone incapable of making their own complaint (such as my son), however, I include my own parents in this complaint because it is my belief that they are incapable and unwilling to make a complaint for themselves because they are restricted from doing so by persons who work for the U.S. government and possibly, there is additional mafia association with the U.S. government parties involved. When I say restricted, I mean they are tortured or somehow they may have been blackmailed to do as asked (i.e., if you don't, we'll kill your kids,...) I have repeatedly tried to get the attention of the FBI in the United States and several of them blocked me from entering the building after telling me to come down in person and then my email contacts were ignored. I also telephoned and was told they "Do not take complaints from Cameo Garrett." (Seattle, WA FBI field office). I have attempted to obtain whatever is in my file about my name and person, for almost a decade and they ignored all of my written requests. After 2 years, they sent a notice that said they had nothing for a "Mr. Garrett". I made my complaint again and they constantly send back replies that said they could not find me and came up with excuses. At last, I got one from Washington D.C. headquarters and they said they had nothing from me. I know this to be untrue because I had made contact with an agency myself and was visited by a supervisor. Since this time of contact with the FBI supervisors in Portland, Oregon, I have been harassed to no end by police and law enforcement from one state to the next. I had to move and relocate because of false tickets and vandalism occuring to my car and property at least once a week. I repeatedly asked for help and got none. At the same time, a complaint I made of being raped when I was a virgin was thrown out and I was told not to pursue it. While I was being told not to pursue it, by Detective Gross, when it was a good case, I then found out the Portland police Sgt. was bribed to drop a complaint of sexual misconduct that I made about 2 FBI agents. A defamatory article was published about me with my face on the front page of the 2nd largest paper in Oregon and I am not sure who was behind the funding for it. I began having repeated break-ins and robberies and my medical records were stolen. I was refused access to other medical records that I had. I moved to Washington State in 2004-2005 and began having conflicts with my parents after I was targeted by a hit-and-run driver in Tigard, Oregon, and after I reported FBI for misconduct. The conflicts were regarding my lawsuits and I believe it is at this time that some group tried to put the squeeze on my parents to get me to stop. They later went after my grandparents with a letter in Washington State so it is my belief they went to my parents first. The letter to my grandparents was a threat from a law firm that represented a Catholic Archdiocese and Abbey that I was suing. I attempted to move from Oregon to Washington and I was followed by police and pulled over a number of times without reason. Once or twice I was speeding and other times I wasn't doing anything wrong. Then, I had a clean record and hadn't been charged with anything in my life and I was supposed to receive $50,000 for the hit-and-run to file by a deadline. I was arrested on false charges for the first time in my life and thrown into jail until the deadline expired. Immediately prior to this, I had a Judge in Wenatchee, WA collude with the law firms I was against in Oregon, and he put out a false alert to have me pulled over with a suspended license. My license was not suspended and even though he knew it, he refused to correct it. I had to have it corrected by the DMV in town. It cost me over 1 week in a hotel and money to prove I was innocent and right after this, I complained about this Judge and he had police go out to arrest me on false charges. The charges were dismissed and I had lawyers in town offering to adopt my baby before it was born. I said no. I found out one of the women who kept following me around was a social worker for Washington State and she was present when I was approached by a lawyer's wife to give me unborn baby away. I was 30 years old and said no. Then the social worker sat down and tried to pressure me, telling me it wasn't good for a baby to not have a father and I should give it away. I was polite and I refused. This was when I was about 6-7 months pregnant. At this time I tried to get records about legal matters from Oregon and from the FBI and I was either ignored or mailed notices that said they knew nothing about me. When I had my son, I had an abnormal delivery with excessive force. It was more than abnormal, it bordered on criminal. It was in a hospital where I had told them ahead of time my first doctor said I could not deliver naturally and it had to be a C-section. Instead of doing this, the midwife who was licensed there, turned off all of my painkiller and epidural drips and she inserted her fingers into the womb and pushed on a part of my son's head for over an hour. She was preventing him from being delivered. Instead of allowing my son to be born, she pushed him back and used forced against his skull which resulted in a hemmorhage and damage. She yelled at me and insulted me during the delivery, telling me I wasn't pushing. And then she grabbed a vaccum and forced him out when I had been asking for the C-section from the start. She is married to a police officer who felt insulted that I was trying to find accountability for what the law enforcement and Judges in the town were doing. I was later followed and pulled over by police after my son was born and I dared complain about what happened. I was stopped and pulled over about 30 times, for no reason, in 2 months time. When my son was born we were all extremely injured and not released from the hospital for 2 weeks. Then I was on a catheter for a month. My son's head injury was so severe he couldn't nurse without extreme pain. I started looking for a law firm and vandalisms to my car and house began. It was 2x/week and sometimes more often. Police in Wenatchee refused to take reports even though I called and would say over the phone, "Oh yeah, yeah, we believe you." Then an officer came out and told us to move out of the State. I was sobbing and he said, "If you don't like it, you can MOVE." I said, "I've already moved from Oregon to Washington." Next, as I was trying to file a complaint against the Judge who illegally put me in jail and said my license was suspended and while I was calling Portland police to make my sexual misconduct claim against the FBI, another Judge in town had his wife come to my house and they threatened me and then I was told an offer was made by CPS and the State. They wanted me to leave the State of Washington and move to Utah and they were going to pay for the cost. It was an offer made by my social worker. I was in counseling at the time of my own accord and had no mental illness. It was regular counseling. The psychologist confirmed that I had no mental illness. Then, when I refused to leave WA state, my son and I started experiencing something that I couldn't explain. I didn't know if we'd had something bad to eat, or drink, or if it was a toxin in the air, or if it was technology. We became extremely ill and then I noticed it was only at night and both of us would twitch the entire night and feel hot. My son was twitching as much as I was and he was a baby and slept next to me. Then too, an acquaintance who visited me at my house was shot and killed one day after visiting me. My computers had a ton of problems but the main problem I had was with the community and FBI and police harassing me. My son and I were so extremely ill, I took both of us to the hospital and from there, doctors and others who knew I was tryiing to file a medical malpractice lawsuit for damages started making complaints saying I was nuts when I wasn't. Someone or some group began torturing me and my son. It was no small thing. It was the first time in my life I ever experienced anything like it and I might have doubted myself at first but I saw that my own son was having the exact same symptoms and reactions that I was having. We continued to be harassed and stopped by police but the torture was so severe that my son couldnt speak anymore. He was speaking very early and then he lost his ability to articulate and everythingn came out in gibberish. I asked for help and no one helped us. We moved and then it was worse and so severe I began having almost black outs and epileptic seizures that were triggered by what was happening to us. My son got a burn mark under his diaper from what looked like a laser and the Dr. said he didn't know what it was but said he'd never seen anything like it and it wasn't from me or a cigarette burn (I didn't smoke). We were so ill we could hardly move at times and the cat and all of us were hunched over and had uncontrollable diarrhea. My son would grab his genitals and scream for no reason at all, like someone had just hit him with something and the cat would freak out and start racing through the house like it's tail was on fire. Months later, the same cat disappeared after I asked someone to safeguard it. I wanted someone to hold onto the cat because after what happened to all of us, the cat ended up with all it's bones hunched up permanently and with crooked tail and legs when it had been normal and nothing wrong with it. I knew the cat's body and bones would have evidence of the torture my son and I went through. It got so bad I left for Canada with my son after the FBI in the United States did nothing. I had zero mental illness and had been in counseling with someone who said there was no mental illness. Then, 2 different psychologists came to the hospital and confirmed there was no mental illness. I left with full custody and guardianship of my son and with no mental illness and nothing but a political asylum and torture claim. On top of all of this, I had an attempted rape on me in Wenatchee, WA and I did a rape kit exam at the hospital. They gave it to police and the police told me they were not going to have it analyzed. I asked for copies of the photos and things they'd taken which I knew proved something and they told me everything had been lost and they couldn't find it. Right before leaving for Canada, I contacted several U.S. human rights groups and tried to let them know some of the things that were going on. I got to Canada and then found out the U.S. went after us. They lied and told Canada I was nuts or on the run from a father when they already had records that proved they knew I was not on the run from any father and they had records showing I was not nuts. I later found out they colluded to have me arrested on false charges because it was the ONLY way they could take my son from me. They lied to get a court order and after they arrested me with no charges or grounds, they took my son and shipped him back to Washington. I asked to speak to the lawyer I had talked to upon entrance into Canada who assured me I was there legally and Canada refused me medical care and refused to allow me to call my lawyer. They threw me into an immigration hearing and told me if I wanted to see my son again, go back to "America". I did, but I knew something bad would happen in Wenatchee so I stayed at a distance and looked for work and began working even though I still had injuries from childbirth. It was all downhill from there. No one wanted to admit they were wrong. They called me and said "What if we throw out the whole thing" and when I said, "I'm suing anyway" they spent millions on my case and dragged it out for years and lied to cover up their original crimes of collusion and fraud. To this day I have not seen evidence I was entitled to, which they withheld. Then, I found out through the course of being shocked at what was happening, that my son and I were being used for U.S. government research projects and then I found out my parents had been forced to do things as well, and forced to work for the U.S. as government remote viewers and psychics. I am able to prove this. I cannot prove all of the torture, but I can prove this other thing. While I tried to get my son back, I had many, many law enforcement officials and U.S. government workers, try to entrap me and have me imprisoned. Even in Canada they tried to entrap me to agree to prostitution in exchange for medicine for my son. I refused and they arrested me later with zero grounds and said I was just "there" illegally. Every single thing the U.S. tried to entrap me for, I didn't fall for. I committed no crimes. Then, I ended up knowing a few higher ranking officials in the U.S. and things got worse, to the point that I was almost assassinated. I became pregnant in Washington D.C. while trying to get analysis of what torture had been done to me. I remember feeling shocked that not one U.S. military research place wanted to help me and then I realized it had to be because they were in on it. I was then almost killed in a miscarriage where my child was intentionally killed after it was a healthy 3 months old. I almost bled to death. I was still looking for help for my son who was taken from me and met someone from Colombia and we became engaged. It turned out that some were for this and some were against it and when I broke up with him, I was turned over to be tortured without end. I was repeatedly raped, drugged, medicated, hynotized, and constantly tortured with infrared and other technologies whose effects I can describe and I have marks and evidence from it as well. My son was being tortured and used to be a child soldier for the U.S. It was U.S. government. Police covered for what was done to my son, and my son was visited by many strangers who did things and tried to coach him. He was tortured through technology and poisoned when I was poisoned. He had acid poured onto his finger and his family was told to be quiet or worse would happen. Everyone in my family has lied except me so I'm the one the U.S. has targeted to be designated as "mentally ill." But I have never been mentally ill. No one else in my family has been taken in or called nuts, but only if they lie and pretend none of these things are happening. It is the FBI that has protected the criminals. I tried repeatedly to contact them and get help and then I realized they were also part of defaming me and they were telling other I was crazy. After this, I realized more about what was happening. I started researching mind control experiments and psychic work for the government and all kinds of research the U.S. has and does engage in, with non-consensual use of humans. They have done some of the exact same things to me, my son, and my parents. I believe my brother possibly and maybe even others, but with 100% certainty, I know it's being done to these of us I've mentioned. I believe since some of this is black site kinds of research, the U.S. has involved gangs and the mob to cover for them and make it look like it's not the NSA or any other U.S. agency that's involved. But they are involved and this is why they have lied and put specific people in place to block me from even having a chance to get my son back. It has been bad enough that when other citizens think the FBI doesn't care what happens to us, and that since they might be involved, no one at all will help us if they also join in to harass us, torture us, belittle us, or try to use us. My mother has scars on her face from being tortured. She lied and said she did it to herself this last time and she didn't. She has a 2 inch knife or razor scar down her cheek and she has been raped and told not to tell. She's also been beaten. My Dad has been beaten in my own apartment when I wasn't there, with his head rubbed into feces and then smeared across my shower stall. They have been tortured with technology because I've been in my place when it's happened and I've also been in their place when it happened. I saw several proofs of torture on my son and all the State workers lie about what happened. The visitation monitor lied as well and even did some of these to him herself. I witnessed her telling my son about some things. Then, she would sit in the room and ask us if we enjoyed being tortured. I tried to record visits and someone was jamming my equipment. Then they got an order to block me from photographing or taping anything in visits. As soon as they got this order from the corrupt Judge, at the next visit my son showed up with a huge cut to his face. The social workers for CPS said it was a scratch and I took a photograph even though I was told not and posted it online to prove to the world it was not a scratch. Me, my son, and my Mom and Dad are in danger and we have been in danger in this country for a long time. I believe this also includes my brother and I don't know about others. Possibly some of my son's foster relatives. I know without any doubt that we are in very serious and critical danger. I am able to prove why the U.S. would have an interest in blackmailing and using my my Mom and Dad. It sounds weird to say they are gifted or have been forced to work by the U.S. but that's what happened and it's bad people in the country right now that are making torture possible. My mom doesn't slash her own face. If she recently cut her face a little on one side, it was to let me know she was lying, because she said, "I cut myself shaving" and the cut was under her eye. She doesn't shave under her eye. We are being tortured in this country and we all need political asylum by a country that will not use us in this manner and we need protection. The FBI here has shown itself to be nothing but corrupt. Deletion of UN Email Contact With Ingrid
I just checked my email records and someone deleted my United Nations contact. I am going to look again, but from what I can tell, they deleted a response I got from the UN in regard to my inquiry about reporting torture and black sites, and it was made on the 3rd or so of last month.
Someone left a general response that was sent later, after I emailed again.
The U.S. threatened the UN with the 22 billion dollar cut off on September 6, 2011.
I made my inquiry report on September 3, 2011 and received a response from a woman who signed her own name.
Then I wrote again, on the 6th, and the response from the UN on that date is still there.
But it appears someone from the U.S. wanted to delete the record showing I had written to the UN earlier, and reported my family was being forced to work for the United States and we were all being tortured.
The woman who replied had a name that sounded Eastern European or German. I thought, Russian or German. Her first name was Ingrid and her last name sounded more Eastern European.
It's missing from all my email contacts.
I sent it on the 3rd or 4th of September but I believe it was the 3rd.
I got her personal response, with her name attached.
Then, after she responded to me, I wrote again, and sent an email not addressed to her specifically but to the general mailbox where I first sent my email and I got a general response, with no name attached at all, on September 6, 2011.
Which pretty much proves the United States attempted to bribe the entire UN with a threat on the 6th after I asked them to conduct an inquiry into torture of my family on the 3rd.
And then they went in and deleted my email correspondence with her.
Since then, my parents have been forced to go to Roseburg and have a scar removed from my mother's face that was evidence, and the FBI has been involved in beating up my parents along with others and came up with a sudden set of "passports" to try to fend off my claim that my parents are being held hostage and tortured, along with me, my brother, my son, and possibly others.
The United States is apparently so worried about my report of literal torture and hate crimes against my family, and the fact that the U.S. is forcing us to work for them and blocking our flow of money, that they had a man threaten the UN with 22 billion dollar threat, deleted my email correspondence from the 3rd or 4th wherein a woman from the UN personally responded, and want to make it look like they are not obstructing justice and trying to bribe people and cover crime.

Police and Military Use Parent's Property
Apparently, the Coquille police department, U.S. military, or Catholic church thinks it owns my parent's trailer park.
I noticed when I went in a few times, that the guy at the front of it is military and his "out-of-town girlfriend" who was there with an entire military squad and U.S. government cars, told me she was "U.S. Army". Her plate number is 605 DET, red jeep. She was there when I went over to find out what was happening to my Dad because he'd come home with something wrong with his knees. The next day I went out and all it was, was U.S. government vehicles, U.S. military, and a couple of Red Cross vans. And that's when I discovered there was no "roof" that could cause this to happen to my Dad.
My parents own a trailer park which is actually a pretty property, and it's quiet, wooded, has a stream you can hear on one end, and goes pretty far back. It's very private and you have to pass by this U.S. military guy at the front of it, to drive in.
All of a sudden, I notice almost every single person living there is Catholic, indicated by things like crucifixes hanging from the mirrors or big icons of Mary on the backs of the car. I know my parents wouldn't discriminate on account of anyone's religion, but I have this feeling some of these people moved in and are getting a pretty good deal. Like, "free" is a pretty good deal.
While they're there, they target my Dad to torture and assault him on his own property. I have seen it with my own eyes.
And this might be why this morning, my Dad said I wasn't allowed to go into the trailer park anymore or the residents have "been instructed to call police."
That's not what my Dad would say or do.
I told my Mom, "Dad wouldn't do that. Dad would ask me first if I had done anything and check my side of the story, so now I know the police and those residents are controlling that park and telling you and Dad what to do with your own property."
My Dad would NEVER call up one day and tell my Mom to tell me, "If you go back they'll call police." My Dad would listen to one side and then he'd go home and ask me about it and hear my side, and then talk.
What happened, is that I wrote my post about Kathy Hathaway this morning, and the Sheriff's department, and all of a sudden my Dad is being forced to call from the shop and tell us I can't go to the trailer park without being arrested.
So I said, "Dad would never say that. First the FBI gives you guys fraudulent passports, and then I'm told to not go to the park where Dad's been assaulted, or to check on him?"
I witnessed who was there when my Dad's back was being targeted with laser and covered all the way across with red marks. It was his tenant and also appeared to be his coworker.
They didn't know I was watching from the above road, and I saw my Dad flinching from some kind of blow to the back, repeatedly, and then he got home that day, and his entire back was COVERED in red laser type marks, over 100 of them. There was a woman who has a boyfriend on one side of him and then his coworker Bob on the other side. No one else was there. And it was a force that was coming from straight across, not, apparently, from the sky. The marks on his back were also consistent with someone aiming directly at his back, from a standing position, not from above.
I have the plate number for the woman written down but I'll have to find it. The last part is "EGG" and then there are 3 numbers before it but I have it written down.
The other things I've witnessed are use of military technology on my Dad that caused the ink in my pens to burst and affects the heart.
Sometimes, I've found my Dad is not even there, and it appears someone in the U.S. government is torturing my parents, out of hate like I said, and then covering it up through other auspices and excuses.
The woman and the boyfriend on the other side of my Dad are U.S. government.
They are using other locations to torture my Dad. One is my Dad's shop. It has almost no windows and you drive in and it's private and I have strong reason to believe some of the things have happened there when he's not "working at the park".
So now, after I started blogging about some of the people here, someone wanted to do worse to my Dad and keep me from knowing about it or discovering more, and my Dad was forced to tell me I can't go back into the park without one of the free-loading torturing residents calling the torturing and corrupt police.
The residents in that park have tortured my Dad from one end of the part to the other. I witnessed them doing something to my Dad's back when he was trying to work on one trailer and then when he was at a different end, they had the military technology going and once, someone had just spilled gasoline all over my Dad's truck. Like, half of a huge can of gasoline. My Dad said it spilled on the way over driving, but that's not true. My Dad wouldn't leave a lid open and let it spill and it was too conspicious. Someone else had done it on purpose.
When I saw someone doing something to my Dad's back I mainly saw that it occured when his back was to the woman's house. I wasn't sure if it was maybe happening to the other side though too. I later went over there and knocked after she had approached me on her own. She came out of her place and asked me if I was buying. I said no. Then I noticed she was a suspect for torturing my Dad when she thought no one was looking. So the next time I was there I knocked on the door and instead of her answering, it was her boyfriend, some military guy. His eyes were sort of darkened but I thought, "It's been about a couple of days and I blogged about my Dad's back and noticing him jerk with the impact so they are maybe covering for themselves."
It was my Dad, this woman who had come out onto the porch to talk to me of her own volition, and my Dad's hired help there. No one else.

And then his hired help was there on the other side. First I see my Dad's back jerking and reacting to something and then the next thing I know, I find it's covered in red marks. And now THIS woman is wanting to keep me off of my own parent's property. I already got her plate number.
The police here are corrupt.
If they weren't corrupt, they wouldn't be beating up my Dad for their friends who are here to torture and use my parents, and steal from them.
It looks like almost everyone there is Catholic. I mean, see for yourself if they are. It's not like someone couldn't find out if they wanted to.
This is what I mean by "hate crimes" with the cover of "government research". The woman who was lasering my Dad's back is some kind of government worker or her boyfriend is. But they're there, torturing my Dad. That's what it looked like. And I am forced to suspect my Dad's hired help is being paid to do something too, but I really don't know. I can't say at all.
So yeah, the police here are calling the shots.
If my parent's are free to leave, why are they being forced to stay here and be tortured? Why are they not allowed to liquidate that assets and have cash and travel? They have a house and property, which makes it look like they have money but someone ties up all their money and tells them to not even help their own kids.
If my parents try to help their kids, they get tortured.
And now someone is trying to work on my parents to have me leave so I can't report what is happening over here. I guess they're worried about me because I have been able to identify a few people who are committing crimes against my family and using government friends as a cover.
They started talking about how they are thinking of having me leave but I know they don't want me to leave. The only people who would want me to leave would be the people here who are torturing them, the FBI, because I'm able to document what they're doing to my parents, and police. I already know my parents don't want me to leave.
I said I wanted a plane ticket out of here so I can report to another country what the U.S. is allowing. And basically, the FBI and military forced my parents to say all they would offer is a bus ticket in the U.S. Like that does me or my family any good at all. I'm not going to Canada or Mexico because there is no point. They work with the U.S. They didn't help me and my son before, my son, a baby, who was being tortured. Why would they help us now?
So basically some group here is trying to pressure and force my parents to have me leave so I don't even have a place near my Mom and Dad. I guess they want me out in some other part of the U.S., with no work, no college, no child, and open to be further tortured and held hostage and used, and not be able to report what:

They realized people might wonder if it's true my family is held hostage and being tortured and used and they came up with phoney passports, issued from the Department of State, to try to dissuade me from reporting the fact they are commiting hate crimes.
My family is being held hostage in the U.S. and I can prove it.
I noticed when I went in a few times, that the guy at the front of it is military and his "out-of-town girlfriend" who was there with an entire military squad and U.S. government cars, told me she was "U.S. Army". Her plate number is 605 DET, red jeep. She was there when I went over to find out what was happening to my Dad because he'd come home with something wrong with his knees. The next day I went out and all it was, was U.S. government vehicles, U.S. military, and a couple of Red Cross vans. And that's when I discovered there was no "roof" that could cause this to happen to my Dad.
My parents own a trailer park which is actually a pretty property, and it's quiet, wooded, has a stream you can hear on one end, and goes pretty far back. It's very private and you have to pass by this U.S. military guy at the front of it, to drive in.
All of a sudden, I notice almost every single person living there is Catholic, indicated by things like crucifixes hanging from the mirrors or big icons of Mary on the backs of the car. I know my parents wouldn't discriminate on account of anyone's religion, but I have this feeling some of these people moved in and are getting a pretty good deal. Like, "free" is a pretty good deal.
While they're there, they target my Dad to torture and assault him on his own property. I have seen it with my own eyes.
And this might be why this morning, my Dad said I wasn't allowed to go into the trailer park anymore or the residents have "been instructed to call police."
That's not what my Dad would say or do.
I told my Mom, "Dad wouldn't do that. Dad would ask me first if I had done anything and check my side of the story, so now I know the police and those residents are controlling that park and telling you and Dad what to do with your own property."
My Dad would NEVER call up one day and tell my Mom to tell me, "If you go back they'll call police." My Dad would listen to one side and then he'd go home and ask me about it and hear my side, and then talk.
What happened, is that I wrote my post about Kathy Hathaway this morning, and the Sheriff's department, and all of a sudden my Dad is being forced to call from the shop and tell us I can't go to the trailer park without being arrested.
So I said, "Dad would never say that. First the FBI gives you guys fraudulent passports, and then I'm told to not go to the park where Dad's been assaulted, or to check on him?"
I witnessed who was there when my Dad's back was being targeted with laser and covered all the way across with red marks. It was his tenant and also appeared to be his coworker.
They didn't know I was watching from the above road, and I saw my Dad flinching from some kind of blow to the back, repeatedly, and then he got home that day, and his entire back was COVERED in red laser type marks, over 100 of them. There was a woman who has a boyfriend on one side of him and then his coworker Bob on the other side. No one else was there. And it was a force that was coming from straight across, not, apparently, from the sky. The marks on his back were also consistent with someone aiming directly at his back, from a standing position, not from above.
I have the plate number for the woman written down but I'll have to find it. The last part is "EGG" and then there are 3 numbers before it but I have it written down.
The other things I've witnessed are use of military technology on my Dad that caused the ink in my pens to burst and affects the heart.
Sometimes, I've found my Dad is not even there, and it appears someone in the U.S. government is torturing my parents, out of hate like I said, and then covering it up through other auspices and excuses.
The woman and the boyfriend on the other side of my Dad are U.S. government.
They are using other locations to torture my Dad. One is my Dad's shop. It has almost no windows and you drive in and it's private and I have strong reason to believe some of the things have happened there when he's not "working at the park".
So now, after I started blogging about some of the people here, someone wanted to do worse to my Dad and keep me from knowing about it or discovering more, and my Dad was forced to tell me I can't go back into the park without one of the free-loading torturing residents calling the torturing and corrupt police.
The residents in that park have tortured my Dad from one end of the part to the other. I witnessed them doing something to my Dad's back when he was trying to work on one trailer and then when he was at a different end, they had the military technology going and once, someone had just spilled gasoline all over my Dad's truck. Like, half of a huge can of gasoline. My Dad said it spilled on the way over driving, but that's not true. My Dad wouldn't leave a lid open and let it spill and it was too conspicious. Someone else had done it on purpose.
When I saw someone doing something to my Dad's back I mainly saw that it occured when his back was to the woman's house. I wasn't sure if it was maybe happening to the other side though too. I later went over there and knocked after she had approached me on her own. She came out of her place and asked me if I was buying. I said no. Then I noticed she was a suspect for torturing my Dad when she thought no one was looking. So the next time I was there I knocked on the door and instead of her answering, it was her boyfriend, some military guy. His eyes were sort of darkened but I thought, "It's been about a couple of days and I blogged about my Dad's back and noticing him jerk with the impact so they are maybe covering for themselves."
It was my Dad, this woman who had come out onto the porch to talk to me of her own volition, and my Dad's hired help there. No one else.

I don't know how this case got as far as it has.
How should I know who is guilty or innocent, but you're not even supposed to bring a case on something where the evidence has been clearly tampered. And it sounds like circumstantial evidence too.
I haven't followed it or heard about it at all until today and clicked on the headline. If that's how people bring forth cases, the next time around, and it's you, and they use THAT for "case law", how will someone like it then?
On tampered evidence alone it never should have been a case. You can't dig through stuff and leave it sitting around for over a month and then poke at things, and transfer bits around, and then say, "We found this on this." It wasn't even slightly tampered evidence, it was completely contaminated evidence. And of course it's possible someone is going to be trying to frame someone.
It sounds political.
Maybe someone is pushing so hard for this, against the evidence, because they were more concerned about what someone discovered about the victim so they're trying to discredit people.
This is the kind of case where you look at what was done with the evidence from the start and say, "We don't have a case. We can't use any of this."
Investigator: "I think I'll poke my finger into this, and then I'm going to look at this, hmm...what's here? oh, I don't like how that looks. I think I'll move it around a little. And then, ahem...I need to confer...be right back! don't touch anything! Okay, back, after 6 weeks, and now let's move this here and that there and...hmmm...where's Waldo? hey, and how did this blood get on this item? oh I don't remember but let's fix it up a little...what does the computer have on its file? let's delete all of that."
If someone is messing around with evidence, or not handling it properly, or leaving it for a long time or destroying parts of it, and contaminating it, and then writing a report, how accurate is the report even?
You can't build a case on evidence you don't have, and you can't build a case on evidence that's been contaminated either.
I know what they did with my case though. They had zero evidence to use against me. So they made up some things. And they've been hauling it all the way to Appeals with falsified paper records. The entire thing is papered up with lies.

FBI Issues Fake Passports
. I have been talking about how my parents and my family are held hostage in the U.S. I kept saying then where are your passports?
The FBI has been beating up and torturing my mother and father and allowing others to do it, while the military has been deployed to assault us and experiment on us.
I kept saying, "Then where are your passports?" over and over.
It appears like the FBI forced my parents to have passports made after they or their friends stole the other ones from my family.
And it looks like these fake passports, courtesy of the U.S. Department of State, were issued about one week ago.
I had said, "If you have passports, then why haven't you traveled anywhere?" and my mom told me, "We did. We went to Mexico."
I looked at these passports I was shown today and said, "There's no stamp from Mexico." (They went to Mexico in 2010 or 2011). They said, "They forgot to stamp it, I don't know." And I smelled them and said, "They smell like they were recently issued." The paper was hot off the press and smelled like it.
And the photos of my parents looked like were taken within the last 2-3 weeks. I said, "Your eyes have the darkening on the insides and you never had that until about 2-3 weeks ago." My mom's nose looked broken as well. My mother's eyes never had that dark skin on the insides until the last 2-3 weeks and specifically, after Patty took my mother out for a "day away" in Roseburg.
On my Dad's photo, it looked recent and his eyes looked like he'd been injected with Haldol, one slightly larger than the other one and he was looking down, sort of like someone from the FBI thought it would be funny to photograph him that way after I joked on my blog about asking the dog, "Are you a good dog?" and he looks straight ahead or "Are you a bad dog?" and he looks down. They had my Dad look down in his fake passport photo to cover for FBI crimes against my family. They mocked my father. I said to my Dad, after noting this and looking at how he was wearing a white t-shirt and had his hair looking shorter, I said, "When did you get your hair cut?" and he said, "I cut it myself about a week ago." The photo was taken sometime after I put up a post on my blog about the "good dog-bad dog" thing and the FBI and Department of State mocked my parents.
They had my mother wearing a black shirt in her photo and my Dad wearing a white t-shirt in his. My father would never have a passport photo taken in a white t-shirt. And the collar of the t-shirt looked like someone had just grabbed the collar and yanked it around. It's not a new t-shirt, it's like one he's been wearing to work everyday for the last few weeks, since about August 2011 since I've been here.
I know my Mom and Dad. They would not wear these shirts for passport photos. My mother would never wear black for a passport photo because it's not her color. I know how she is about color and how she knows what her flattering colors are. She thinks black is fine, but that it darkens the face or isn't the best lighting around the face, and I know that my Dad would never wear a plain white t-shirt with the neck stretched out.
Not only that, my mother's face in the photo looks puffy and shiny like I've seen it recently, since her "friends" forced her to remove evidence of a knife scar from her cheek, when this was one of the forms of evidence I was able to point to, to prove my mother and father, and brother, and me, and my son....and potentially some of the Avilas, are being held hostage in the United States of America and tortured.
They have illegally kidnapped my own son and been torturing my entire family and yes, we are hostages in our own country. The U.S. is creating fraudulent passports to cover for the fact that they stole the passports my parents used to have, and have restricted their freedom to travel.
Guess who supposedly took them to have these passports done, at least my mothers? Debbie and Kathy, the same women who have been poisoning and torturing my mother.
I looked at the issue date and it was March 31, 2007 for my mother and August 16, 2007.
But when I looked at the photos I saw these photos are recently taken after my parents were subjected to torture (not that it hasn't been happening). I guess the U.S. wanted to backdate them so they could get a photo of my mother's eyes with the dark spots and claim she always had this problem and they didn't do it.
They did it. They tortured my mother and father in this country, in violation of all domestic and international laws. And they have been doing this to me and my son as well.
I also noticed that if these were issued in 2007, the scent of the press wouldn't still be on them and it is. They're hot off the press, courtesy of the United States Department of State.
I rest my case.
The United States is holding my family hostage, has been using us for experimentation and research, has tortured all of us, has illegally kidnapped my son and forced family to defame me for their own cover, and they have mocked us and made fun of all of us. We are U.S. citizens.
I said, "This shows you that if the U.S. wants to cover something up, they can do anything."
Anything.
My parents said, "Have you looked up paranoid schitzophrenia or borderline personality disorder?" and I said, "Yeah, that's what the Catholic church first tried to pin on me and it took them 10 years to try to get it to stick and they resorted to using friends in intelligence to do it."
Not only are we being tortured in the U.S., we are all victims of religious persecution and hate crimes by those who have used their connections in the U.S. government, military, and intelligence, for personal gain.
The receipt that I found while going through some things, for a passport issuance in Coos County, though I don't know which parent it was for, was made June 28, 2005.
I think Judge Wasson doesn't want anything tying her scheduled hearing for the 28th to the date my parents were attempting to leave the country. She is in on it and the entire court of Appeals in Washington is in on this. They're stealing my son and torturing him just because they can and because their own buddies in the FBI, Department of State, and military, are the ones who are responsible for freezing all of our assets, and torturing us with military technology and then literally beating us up while they want to keep using us for research.
Does anyone from the public believe me now? Or anyone from the international community?
I had said, "If the FBI isn't restricting your freedom of travel and torturing us, then where are your passports?" I said, "You don't have them. They won't even let you obtain passports." And my mom said, "Yes we do." I said, "If you have them why haven't you used them?" and she said, "We had to get them to go to Mexico or something and yes, we have them and we've used them."

So why did Debbie, Kathy, and Patty want to pair my parents up to be wearing black and white? Some kind of Catholic theme? Like, the colors a priest wears? black and white?
They have used their church, and religious hatred, to go after my entire family.
I said, "I don't believe anything the U.S. says anymore. The only way I would believe you are really free is if they allowed you to sell all you had and liquidate your assets, and I knew no one was going to steal those assets once it was done, and we all are standing at an airport, with plane tickets in our hands, and no one steals our money from a bank when we try to deposit there."
The United States is covering for a bunch of religious hypocrites and liars who have literally tortured and assaulted my entire family, and who used church members they knew in intelligence and high positions, to authorize assault and deprivation of justice.
My parents said they don't want me to leave the U.S. and said the laws here protect us and I said, "Yeah, what laws. They're not following any of the laws."
Is anyone interested in hearing how the FBI likes to torture little kids?
It's been reform Jews around my family since 1997. And then some of them colluded with Roman Catholics in intelligence fields and military after they sent one of their guys out to rape me in 1998 and put Carmen Wilson, who was connected to Jewish interests, into my family with the Army in 1998.
I have had people mainly from the Catholic church assaulting me but then I recall being surprised to find out many of the people involved were not Catholic but Jewish. So I believe there was a Jewish interest in some regard and then a Catholic interest for other reasons, and it appears they colluded, with political motives and religious hate, to try to repeatedly defame, falsely imprison, malign and attempt to entrap my entire family. They used their connections in U.S. military, in the CIA, Department of State, and FBI. If you're religious, and affiliated with a group, you can cover a lot of ground just by being a member of a church.
Catholics and Jews colluded internationally and on American soil, to torture my entire family. And they used government resources to do it. There have been a few Protestants, but not many, and they came into the picture much, much, later, after Catholics and Jews had already used media and government connections to defame us and try to cut us out of money.
We were all being tortured, with use of the U.S. military through both Jewish and Catholic channels. They tortured us and excused it as "research" and claimed it was top secret when really, it was a way to interfere with my lawsuits and my attempt to make a living in this country honestly, and have my son and my good reputation as well.
My parents were not forced to agree that I was "mentally ill" until the U.S. continued to use Catholics and Jews together, who had government contacts, to torture us. So then my parents started to lie and agree with them, hoping they'd back off and knowing there was no recourse because they had all the power and were using it against citizens. It was almost impossible to prove so they thought there was no way to help.
The jewish interests wanted me to sound mentally ill because they were keeping my parents down and raping me and doing weird things for, apparently, UK interests even. The Catholics didn't like me when I stated my religious opinions in 1990, about wanting a Protestant, and then really hated me in 2001, or thereafter, when they assumed everything the priests and monks and their lawyers were telling them about me was true. It wasn't true.
I thought at first I had only Catholics against me but I realized some of the jews were working with them.
My parents went from having a pretty open mind or sounding fairly normal, in 2001, to suddenly telling me, after being forced to move to Coquille, to stop the lawsuits. They never once agreed I was mentally ill, even though that's what the Catholic church was encouraging law enforcment they knew, and FBI, to put into a formal record against me.
It was basically hate crimes. At first, I guess the jewish interest just let the Catholics handle most of the defamation, though they contributed by publishing a false article about me. But they allowed the Catholic church to have most of the blame because I had litigation with them so it looked logical and was a good cover--I did not suspect jewish interest for awhile until I started noticing, bit by bit, some of these people telling me they were Catholic and doing horrible things and wanting to entrap me in something, were actually jewish.

If anything bad happened to me, or if I found out someone was trying to smear me to local police, FBI, or anyone, I kept discovering these people were Jewish or Catholic. And I wasn't automatically assuming anything. I was wondering what in the world was going on and then discovering, oh my gosh, and they are Catholic too? I couldn't figure out why so many of them were going out of their way to harass me and defame me. They were the ones saying I was mentally ill, not one Protestant did, ever.
So for 8 full years, from 1997-2005, I was slowly being maligned and discredited, and stolen from, but every time I found out who was behind it, they were 80% of the time Catholic and 20% of the time reform Jewish. I never found even one person to do anything wrong, during this time, who was of Protestant faith.
So this is why, after 8 years of this, I began to believe I was a victim of religious and not just political persecution.
I found out someone was trying to start an investigation against me with local police and I would check to find out who, and it was someone Catholic. I would try to find out who was defaming me in a newspaper and then feeling confused because I thought all the problems were Catholic but then why was this a jewish-owned and edited newspaper? I had at least a dozen incidences happen like this, and finally realized, it seemed to be religious-based and maybe that affected politics. Because why was not even ONE person who was behind smearing me Protestant christian? Not ONE. NO ONE was!
Then, I am thinking either money came into play, or that some Protestants just started to believe the defamation against me. Part of the reason, was probably because then my parents were being tortured and forced to say I was mentally ill when I wasn't. So I think hearing how my parents weren't helping me, and not knowing my parents were being forced to do and say things, led some Protestants to go along.
And that did not happen, at all, until 2005 when I was then living in Wenatchee, Washington.
I swear to God, on my honor, I never once found one single Protestant, non-Catholic baptised or born or jewish affliated person ever saying anything bad about me. Never.
It was solidly Catholic and Jewish harassment, false accusations, and attempts to entrap. But mainly I only noticed the Catholic involvement because I couldn't figure out why anyone jewish would care about me at all.

I started to get angry with them and we had serious family problems but I had no idea the only reason they were doing this was because they were being tortured and forced to discourage me from pursuing reinstatement of my good name. But I believe then the people who hated me started torturing my parents first.

It was not until 2004 that I believe police really began torturing and taking advantage of my parents, without my knowledge. It wasn't just police though. It was military and FBI. My parents were not forced to say anything against my mental health when I moved to Wenatchee, Washington.
Not once did they agree with anyone that I was mentally ill. The only thing that changed was they kept telling me to stop the lawsuits. I didn't realize they were being tortured over it. I told them, "I did! and they're still trying to defame me with police and harassing me!" It wasn't like the neighbors were a problem. What they were doing, was calling up government workers they knew, and defaming me. It was going into local police and FBI records and making me sound like I was this horrible, mentally ill, and criminal person when I wasn't. And then that was happening undercover, or without my knowledge at first. On the surface, what they did at the same time, was start following me around, surveilling me (and then calling me crazy if I said I was being surveilled), vandalizing my cars and property, stealing my belongings and assaulting me. So I was then calling police to report things and getting the strangest response, that they weren't going to take a report.
From 1997-2004 thereabouts, every officer I found out who was put on my case and trying to say nothing happened to me, or who was writing me up as nuts or "unstable", was Catholic or jewish. Mostly Catholic. Every single one.
I thought, "How in the world are they picking up every single report I make and getting to the front line on it?" It was like suddenly the entire police force, in every county, city, and FBI office was Catholic. I kept wondering how I was getting all of the catholic officers, at every single call and on each report. That went all the way up to 2004 and the first time I ever met or spoke with an officer regarding my person, that was NOT Catholic, was when 2 FBI agents came out to take a report of misconduct and one of them told me (I don't know if it's true) that they were Mormon.
Out of maybe 50+ police contacts on various vandalisms, tickets I was receiving, and undercover "investigations" against me, ONE was Mormon. Another 50 of the incidents was picked up by a Catholic officer and then never reported on the record. I was pulled over and stopped a number of times, with no one making a record of it. Or, I would call in to report a new crime, and finding out later, no one was making a report for me for the record. At least half of the incidents were covered up or never documented, but I was still making contact with a Catholic officer, each time.
So I wondered, how is it possible they know I'm about to call, or they always want to send a catholic officer on it, this many times? It was starting to look like the entire department was Catholic.
In 2004 I met a few token Mormons.
Dan Gatti had initially helped me on a couple of legal things and I liked him but then I started to not trust him because I thought, "I don't know if he's really a christian because he was baptised Catholic and all of my problems are ending up with the catholic church members." So it made me wonder. Just as I then had to wonder about my "friend" Christa Schneider, who said she was protestant christian but her entire family was baptised catholic and her sister married a catholic and lived in Texas.
I started loudly asking why all the law enforcement smearing me was Catholic. And then I also looked into the Willamette Week and noticed the editor and possibly the owner was Jewish. I said to my parents, "I thought they were all Catholic but then I don't know why this Jewish newspaper guy is refusing to retract the defamatory comments". That was 2002. I first approached the Catholic reporter and her photographer and tried to get somewhere with it and then the supervisor but I was shocked because no one wanted to correct the story at ALL. So here I am, thinking it's all Catholic smear, and then I found out the guy controlling the thing was actually Jewish. He refused to correct the defamation, even though I appealed to him personally and called him and sent him an email, asking kindly and pleading with him to correct the defamtory comments.
I guess he was working for the Middletons in the UK and The Roses and Rose-Lewises. They wanted to smear me for one reason and the Catholic church lawyers wanted to smear me for another reason. But even though I picked up on a few jewish things here and there, I couldn't understand why, and mainly blamed the Catholic church members.
So I started openly and loudly talking about all this "Catholic" defamation and how all the police were and how I was being defamed underground and they weren't allowing me discovery so I was able to correct or refute it.
It was true, so then in 2004 I met the token Mormons. The token Mormons were maybe accessed by catholic members who knew they were not very good Mormons and could either be persuaded incorrectly or bribed. I still wasn't ever being met or greeted by any Protestant christians. So it was token Mormons. I got a Wes with the FBI in Wenatchee, a couple corrupt officers in Wenatchee, a Sgt. Austria (I think was Mormon) in Portland, Oregon, and an FBI SSA from D.C. And none of them helped and in fact they colluded with more monied interests. They were corrupt. I actually don't know that much about the one from D.C., but all I can say is that my feeling is that I have to include him into the corrupt category simply because whatever they wrote in their report after that contact, led to my being chased around by law enforcement and mocked. He was also supposed to get back to me and didn't. Does that mean he's "corrupt"? Not exactly, but it's more that what happened to me after I made the contact was so bad, and I heard about how I had been smeared by so many different law enforcement personnel, it is my belief that if you smear someone and leave a person out in the open to be tortured and can't even make a return call or give someone their FOIA so they can attempt to validate themselves, there is corruption there. And then I was disappointed by a couple of other Mormons who dropped the ball on things--one being a lawyer and who was intimidated out of helping me and the other who refused to help me defend my right to housing but was pressuring me to sell my eggs, and another woman who worked for the state and used a religious platform to claim someone else should have my son because I was a single mother. Some of the Mormons are very good, and some are not. The Mormon church in Wenatchee, was, in my opinion, corrupt. It was my impression that something strange was going on with the leadership for that church, in that specific town, like prostitution to pastors or for pastors and deacons or something. It was just a very weird vibe I was getting. In other areas, I met really good Mormons. I also met an Irish Mormon in Seattle whom I felt was connected to FBI in the area and I didn't get a good feeling from him at all. I had a weird feeling he was using the religion as a cover for something else maybe.
I was constantly being directed and connected to the wrong people.

It was Catholic people who were trying to carry on the defamation that began against me in Oregon, to Wenatchee. And then things got worse for my parents at the same time. Catholic doctors and nurses claiming I didn't have real migraines and refusing to treat me for severe pain. Catholic nurses hanging up on me repeatedly and then claiming I was harassing them and they needed a police escort to their car. Catholic Judges (Warren) illegally suspending my driver's license. Catholic judges (Nancy Harmon) insulting my son, a baby, in court, and yelling at me while her husband was an officer whose team constantly pulled me over for driving violations I never committed. They pulled me over at least 30 times or more on false reasons and then never documented it. They were constantly harassing me. While the Wenatchee police and County police harassed me constantly, and the Catholic medical personnel refused to treat severe migraines after their friends triggered them, I was having my property vandalized again, and people trying to take my son.
It was Jewish and Catholic, people and then, after I had several reactions and outbursts which Protestants saw, it influenced the way I was being treated by Protestant christians then. And then at the exact same time, in 2005, when my parents were trying to apply for a passport knowing we might need to leave because of the corruption, my parents were being forced to agree that I was "mentally ill". I got into a fight with my family because I couldn't believe my parents told me not to fight a false charge of a misdemeanor against Granny. I also couldn't understand why they refused to help with certain things. I had told Schneider what bothered me about the catholic church was that they had deliberately tried my patience. Iwas so nice to them, for months and months and then they were deliberately lying about me and trying to provoke me and saying one thing and then taking it back.
All of a sudden, my parents who are the type to stand by what they say, started doing the same thing. They would say they were going to do something and then not do it. They were jerking me around like the catholic church members did, to provoke me, and I really thought this was my parents free choice. But it wasn't. I know now that they were being forced to do this, and by forcing my mom and dad to lie, the catholic church and reform jews, with their FBI, CIA, and military, police, justice system connections, were trying to alienate and distance our family.
They tortured my parents to say these things. And they were trying to control all of us and what public perception was. Because for over 8 years, the public perception was sort of leaning to believe that yeah, I was being defamed and persecuted by a group. So to correct this and cover it up, they used my own parents and family against me.
I had no idea whatsoever, that they were pressured to do and say these things. When my parents started to agree I was maybe mentally ill, I thought it was the grossest betrayal and thought they really were responsible for trying to discredit me and just didn't want me to have my son for some reason.
Now I know, they were being forced to discredit me.
My parents never thought I was mentally ill. They knew I was being tortured and they were being tortured too. But the people torturing us and using government resources to assault us, were proving to be almighty and powerful and it looked futile to fight it. So my parents, to try to save us from worse harm, were pressured to say I was mentally ill and that nothing bad was happening to any of us.
They tried to get passports and they were blocked by the FBI, which was partly responsible for some of the torture and assault occuring to my family. The Catholic church and reform jews who had defamed me and done some incredible things to my family, were using all of the United States resources to harm us. They used people they knew in mafia, in FBI, CIA, and military as well as local, county, state law enforcement, lawyers and judges.
And since my parents had been used for government research and experimentation, they tried to use absolute immunity and "national security" arguments as a cover to prevent anyone from investigating crime of torture and false imprisonment against my entire family. The Catholic church and reform jews that had started the problem and illegally used U.S. government resources for personal gain, and to persecute us, attached arguments against us for involving others who had no interest in wanting to keep us down.
It suddenly switched from being a story about massive persecution and hate crimes, and assault under color of the law, and defamation of my character, to some kind of "U.S. CIA and military sponsored research program." With the FBI covering up everything and allowing local police to trash everything I said, and using an argument about the importance of using my son Oliver, for research for their program and how using me was of national importance and scientific research interest.
They combined religious hate and jealousy and greed, and used government programs as their cover and excuse.
While I have been writing this, by the way, the military has harmed me. About halfway through my post here, the military decided to amp up what they were doing, and use technology to harm.
And this is what they've done to my parents, because I've been over at their house when it's happening, at day or at night, and I've seen the effects on their bodies. It's U.S. military.
This entire town is an underground military research site and they have CIA and FBI personnel here too. No, I'm not exaggerating.
Just last week, as I've been talking about what's going on, who wanted to have me evaluated before my son's case was lost?
Military.
The religious people want me discredited for political and religious reasons, and they they tapped into the people running illegal U.S. research programs to get protestant christians and others, to also go along with the idea of discrediting me.
Yeah, we're not "hostages".
Oh, sure. I saw passports too.
Real, bona fide U.S. Department of State passports. Brand spanking new ones with false dates on them and no stamps from travel to Mexico.
And the entire country and world is supposed to believe THEM instead of ME.
Everyone is supposed to think I'm lying or delusional to claim my entire family is being tortured. Why? because the religious interests who are using U.S. government office for their own cover, say so. How do they say so? They say so by falsifying records.
They falsified these passports and they falsified any and all legal documentation about stealing my son from me. They drugged me to keep me from fighting them because they decided they wanted me to be degraded, and my entire family degraded, while we are forced to be human subjects for U.S. research.
Which is nothing more than an excuse for political and religious hate crimes.
The FBI has been beating up and torturing my mother and father and allowing others to do it, while the military has been deployed to assault us and experiment on us.
I kept saying, "Then where are your passports?" over and over.
It appears like the FBI forced my parents to have passports made after they or their friends stole the other ones from my family.
And it looks like these fake passports, courtesy of the U.S. Department of State, were issued about one week ago.
I had said, "If you have passports, then why haven't you traveled anywhere?" and my mom told me, "We did. We went to Mexico."
I looked at these passports I was shown today and said, "There's no stamp from Mexico." (They went to Mexico in 2010 or 2011). They said, "They forgot to stamp it, I don't know." And I smelled them and said, "They smell like they were recently issued." The paper was hot off the press and smelled like it.
And the photos of my parents looked like were taken within the last 2-3 weeks. I said, "Your eyes have the darkening on the insides and you never had that until about 2-3 weeks ago." My mom's nose looked broken as well. My mother's eyes never had that dark skin on the insides until the last 2-3 weeks and specifically, after Patty took my mother out for a "day away" in Roseburg.
On my Dad's photo, it looked recent and his eyes looked like he'd been injected with Haldol, one slightly larger than the other one and he was looking down, sort of like someone from the FBI thought it would be funny to photograph him that way after I joked on my blog about asking the dog, "Are you a good dog?" and he looks straight ahead or "Are you a bad dog?" and he looks down. They had my Dad look down in his fake passport photo to cover for FBI crimes against my family. They mocked my father. I said to my Dad, after noting this and looking at how he was wearing a white t-shirt and had his hair looking shorter, I said, "When did you get your hair cut?" and he said, "I cut it myself about a week ago." The photo was taken sometime after I put up a post on my blog about the "good dog-bad dog" thing and the FBI and Department of State mocked my parents.
They had my mother wearing a black shirt in her photo and my Dad wearing a white t-shirt in his. My father would never have a passport photo taken in a white t-shirt. And the collar of the t-shirt looked like someone had just grabbed the collar and yanked it around. It's not a new t-shirt, it's like one he's been wearing to work everyday for the last few weeks, since about August 2011 since I've been here.
I know my Mom and Dad. They would not wear these shirts for passport photos. My mother would never wear black for a passport photo because it's not her color. I know how she is about color and how she knows what her flattering colors are. She thinks black is fine, but that it darkens the face or isn't the best lighting around the face, and I know that my Dad would never wear a plain white t-shirt with the neck stretched out.
Not only that, my mother's face in the photo looks puffy and shiny like I've seen it recently, since her "friends" forced her to remove evidence of a knife scar from her cheek, when this was one of the forms of evidence I was able to point to, to prove my mother and father, and brother, and me, and my son....and potentially some of the Avilas, are being held hostage in the United States of America and tortured.
They have illegally kidnapped my own son and been torturing my entire family and yes, we are hostages in our own country. The U.S. is creating fraudulent passports to cover for the fact that they stole the passports my parents used to have, and have restricted their freedom to travel.
Guess who supposedly took them to have these passports done, at least my mothers? Debbie and Kathy, the same women who have been poisoning and torturing my mother.
I looked at the issue date and it was March 31, 2007 for my mother and August 16, 2007.
But when I looked at the photos I saw these photos are recently taken after my parents were subjected to torture (not that it hasn't been happening). I guess the U.S. wanted to backdate them so they could get a photo of my mother's eyes with the dark spots and claim she always had this problem and they didn't do it.
They did it. They tortured my mother and father in this country, in violation of all domestic and international laws. And they have been doing this to me and my son as well.

Not only are we being tortured in the U.S., we are all victims of religious persecution and hate crimes by those who have used their connections in the U.S. government, military, and intelligence, for personal gain.
The receipt that I found while going through some things, for a passport issuance in Coos County, though I don't know which parent it was for, was made June 28, 2005.
I think Judge Wasson doesn't want anything tying her scheduled hearing for the 28th to the date my parents were attempting to leave the country. She is in on it and the entire court of Appeals in Washington is in on this. They're stealing my son and torturing him just because they can and because their own buddies in the FBI, Department of State, and military, are the ones who are responsible for freezing all of our assets, and torturing us with military technology and then literally beating us up while they want to keep using us for research.

The only way I would believe you are really free is if they allowed you to sell all you had and liquidate your assets, and I knew no one was going to steal those assets once it was done, and we all are standing at an airport, with plane tickets in our hands, and no one steals our money from a bank when we try to deposit there."

It's been reform Jews around my family since 1997. And then some of them colluded with Roman Catholics in intelligence fields and military after they sent one of their guys out to rape me in 1998 and put Carmen Wilson, who was connected to Jewish interests, into my family with the Army in 1998.
I have had people mainly from the Catholic church assaulting me but then I recall being surprised to find out many of the people involved were not Catholic but Jewish. So I believe there was a Jewish interest in some regard and then a Catholic interest for other reasons, and it appears they colluded, with political motives and religious hate, to try to repeatedly defame, falsely imprison, malign and attempt to entrap my entire family. They used their connections in U.S. military, in the CIA, Department of State, and FBI. If you're religious, and affiliated with a group, you can cover a lot of ground just by being a member of a church.
Catholics and Jews colluded internationally and on American soil, to torture my entire family. And they used government resources to do it. There have been a few Protestants, but not many, and they came into the picture much, much, later, after Catholics and Jews had already used media and government connections to defame us and try to cut us out of money.
We were all being tortured, with use of the U.S. military through both Jewish and Catholic channels. They tortured us and excused it as "research" and claimed it was top secret when really, it was a way to interfere with my lawsuits and my attempt to make a living in this country honestly, and have my son and my good reputation as well.
My parents were not forced to agree that I was "mentally ill" until the U.S. continued to use Catholics and Jews together, who had government contacts, to torture us. So then my parents started to lie and agree with them, hoping they'd back off and knowing there was no recourse because they had all the power and were using it against citizens. It was almost impossible to prove so they thought there was no way to help.
The jewish interests wanted me to sound mentally ill because they were keeping my parents down and raping me and doing weird things for, apparently, UK interests even. The Catholics didn't like me when I stated my religious opinions in 1990, about wanting a Protestant, and then really hated me in 2001, or thereafter, when they assumed everything the priests and monks and their lawyers were telling them about me was true. It wasn't true.
I thought at first I had only Catholics against me but I realized some of the jews were working with them.

I started loudly asking why all the law enforcement smearing me was Catholic. And then I also looked into the Willamette Week and noticed the editor and possibly the owner was Jewish. I said to my parents, "I thought they were all Catholic but then I don't know why this Jewish newspaper guy is refusing to retract the defamatory comments". That was 2002. I first approached the Catholic reporter and her photographer and tried to get somewhere with it and then the supervisor but I was shocked because no one wanted to correct the story at ALL. So here I am, thinking it's all Catholic smear, and then I found out the guy controlling the thing was actually Jewish. He refused to correct the defamation, even though I appealed to him personally and called him and sent him an email, asking kindly and pleading with him to correct the defamtory comments.
I guess he was working for the Middletons in the UK and The Roses and Rose-Lewises. They wanted to smear me for one reason and the Catholic church lawyers wanted to smear me for another reason. But even though I picked up on a few jewish things here and there, I couldn't understand why, and mainly blamed the Catholic church members.
So I started openly and loudly talking about all this "Catholic" defamation and how all the police were and how I was being defamed underground and they weren't allowing me discovery so I was able to correct or refute it.
It was true, so then in 2004 I met the token Mormons. The token Mormons were maybe accessed by catholic members who knew they were not very good Mormons and could either be persuaded incorrectly or bribed. I still wasn't ever being met or greeted by any Protestant christians. So it was token Mormons. I got a Wes with the FBI in Wenatchee, a couple corrupt officers in Wenatchee, a Sgt. Austria (I think was Mormon) in Portland, Oregon, and an FBI SSA from D.C. And none of them helped and in fact they colluded with more monied interests. They were corrupt. I actually don't know that much about the one from D.C., but all I can say is that my feeling is that I have to include him into the corrupt category simply because whatever they wrote in their report after that contact, led to my being chased around by law enforcement and mocked. He was also supposed to get back to me and didn't. Does that mean he's "corrupt"? Not exactly, but it's more that what happened to me after I made the contact was so bad, and I heard about how I had been smeared by so many different law enforcement personnel, it is my belief that if you smear someone and leave a person out in the open to be tortured and can't even make a return call or give someone their FOIA so they can attempt to validate themselves, there is corruption there. And then I was disappointed by a couple of other Mormons who dropped the ball on things--one being a lawyer and who was intimidated out of helping me and the other who refused to help me defend my right to housing but was pressuring me to sell my eggs, and another woman who worked for the state and used a religious platform to claim someone else should have my son because I was a single mother. Some of the Mormons are very good, and some are not. The Mormon church in Wenatchee, was, in my opinion, corrupt. It was my impression that something strange was going on with the leadership for that church, in that specific town, like prostitution to pastors or for pastors and deacons or something. It was just a very weird vibe I was getting. In other areas, I met really good Mormons. I also met an Irish Mormon in Seattle whom I felt was connected to FBI in the area and I didn't get a good feeling from him at all. I had a weird feeling he was using the religion as a cover for something else maybe.
I was constantly being directed and connected to the wrong people.
When I was in Wenatchee, all the problems that began there were with Catholic people. Catholic doctors, nurses, Judges, lawyers, and police. Every single time, and every single person. It was Catholic people who were trying to carry on the defamation that began against me in Oregon, to Wenatchee. And then things got worse for my parents at the same time. Catholic doctors and nurses claiming I didn't have real migraines and refusing to treat me for severe pain. Catholic nurses hanging up on me repeatedly and then claiming I was harassing them and they needed a police escort to their car. Catholic Judges (Warren) illegally suspending my driver's license. Catholic judges (Nancy Harmon) insulting my son, a baby, in court, and yelling at me while her husband was an officer whose team constantly pulled me over for driving violations I never committed. They pulled me over at least 30 times or more on false reasons and then never documented it. They were constantly harassing me. While the Wenatchee police and County police harassed me constantly, and the Catholic medical personnel refused to treat severe migraines after their friends triggered them, I was having my property vandalized again, and people trying to take my son.
It was Jewish and Catholic, people and then, after I had several reactions and outbursts which Protestants saw, it influenced the way I was being treated by Protestant christians then. And then at the exact same time, in 2005, when my parents were trying to apply for a passport knowing we might need to leave because of the corruption, my parents were being forced to agree that I was "mentally ill". I got into a fight with my family because I couldn't believe my parents told me not to fight a false charge of a misdemeanor against Granny. I also couldn't understand why they refused to help with certain things. I had told Schneider what bothered me about the catholic church was that they had deliberately tried my patience. Iwas so nice to them, for months and months and then they were deliberately lying about me and trying to provoke me and saying one thing and then taking it back.
All of a sudden, my parents who are the type to stand by what they say, started doing the same thing. They would say they were going to do something and then not do it. They were jerking me around like the catholic church members did, to provoke me, and I really thought this was my parents free choice. But it wasn't. I know now that they were being forced to do this, and by forcing my mom and dad to lie, the catholic church and reform jews, with their FBI, CIA, and military, police, justice system connections, were trying to alienate and distance our family.
They tortured my parents to say these things. And they were trying to control all of us and what public perception was. Because for over 8 years, the public perception was sort of leaning to believe that yeah, I was being defamed and persecuted by a group. So to correct this and cover it up, they used my own parents and family against me.
I had no idea whatsoever, that they were pressured to do and say these things. When my parents started to agree I was maybe mentally ill, I thought it was the grossest betrayal and thought they really were responsible for trying to discredit me and just didn't want me to have my son for some reason.
Now I know, they were being forced to discredit me.
My parents never thought I was mentally ill. They knew I was being tortured and they were being tortured too. But the people torturing us and using government resources to assault us, were proving to be almighty and powerful and it looked futile to fight it. So my parents, to try to save us from worse harm, were pressured to say I was mentally ill and that nothing bad was happening to any of us.
They tried to get passports and they were blocked by the FBI, which was partly responsible for some of the torture and assault occuring to my family. The Catholic church and reform jews who had defamed me and done some incredible things to my family, were using all of the United States resources to harm us. They used people they knew in mafia, in FBI, CIA, and military as well as local, county, state law enforcement, lawyers and judges.
And since my parents had been used for government research and experimentation, they tried to use absolute immunity and "national security" arguments as a cover to prevent anyone from investigating crime of torture and false imprisonment against my entire family. The Catholic church and reform jews that had started the problem and illegally used U.S. government resources for personal gain, and to persecute us, attached arguments against us for involving others who had no interest in wanting to keep us down.
It suddenly switched from being a story about massive persecution and hate crimes, and assault under color of the law, and defamation of my character, to some kind of "U.S. CIA and military sponsored research program." With the FBI covering up everything and allowing local police to trash everything I said, and using an argument about the importance of using my son Oliver, for research for their program and how using me was of national importance and scientific research interest.
They combined religious hate and jealousy and greed, and used government programs as their cover and excuse.
While I have been writing this, by the way, the military has harmed me. About halfway through my post here, the military decided to amp up what they were doing, and use technology to harm.
And this is what they've done to my parents, because I've been over at their house when it's happening, at day or at night, and I've seen the effects on their bodies. It's U.S. military.
This entire town is an underground military research site and they have CIA and FBI personnel here too. No, I'm not exaggerating.
Just last week, as I've been talking about what's going on, who wanted to have me evaluated before my son's case was lost?
Military.
The religious people want me discredited for political and religious reasons, and they they tapped into the people running illegal U.S. research programs to get protestant christians and others, to also go along with the idea of discrediting me.
Yeah, we're not "hostages".
Oh, sure. I saw passports too.
Real, bona fide U.S. Department of State passports. Brand spanking new ones with false dates on them and no stamps from travel to Mexico.
And the entire country and world is supposed to believe THEM instead of ME.
Everyone is supposed to think I'm lying or delusional to claim my entire family is being tortured. Why? because the religious interests who are using U.S. government office for their own cover, say so. How do they say so? They say so by falsifying records.
They falsified these passports and they falsified any and all legal documentation about stealing my son from me. They drugged me to keep me from fighting them because they decided they wanted me to be degraded, and my entire family degraded, while we are forced to be human subjects for U.S. research.
Which is nothing more than an excuse for political and religious hate crimes.

Held Hostage: Deep Underground U.S. Military & CIA
I found out they're trying to do something about me again. The U.S. persons who have committed crimes of torture and corruption. I'm talking about things the military and CIA don't want me to talk about, and how religious groups are currently controlling intelligence.
The FBI is responsible for the torture to my parents, because they know it's happening. My mother's eyes are changed in the last 3 weeks, my Dad's eyes are changed, my Dad's hands were broken by cops (Ray McNeeley was on duty that day, and the Chief) and FBI after I reported torture being done to them, and my mother's teeth are now looking like she was forced to drink something that ate away the enamel and just overnight. I saw her teeth yesterday and there was nothing wrong with them before she went to Patty's for "tea."
The people who are wanting to get close to me right now are connected to the U.S. military.
They were torturing my parents before, because I could feel what they were doing to them and it was the same thing done to me. But then someone just went all-out and decided to make it show and they didn't care. Right now, they are making a point, or trying to prove a point, that they will torture my parents anyway they want, and even with evidence, no one is going to do anything about it.
Who does this? The U.S. FBI gets away with it and allows others to get away with it. But the programs are military and CIA, not FBI.
We are all being held hostage in our own country.
After I reported what was happening to my parents, the FBI and local police came over to break my Dad's hands and to watch.
The CIA is trying to make all of us sound crazy right now. They are trying to break my parents too, and the evidence is that while before they tortured them to lie about me and my being tortured with my son, now, they are torturing my parents and trying to drive them crazy.
They are trying to put my parents on the same trajectory they put me on...to slowly make them sound like they're becoming mentally ill when they're not. And they're trying to torture them to break of their own accord, from what they're doing to them now.
What is incredible, is that in the middle of this, they're still forcing them to work.
The neighbors around them are U.S. military and part of it.
My Dad went into a U.S. military office when he was 17 years old. I don't know if this is true, but he told me he had an appointment in Seattle, Washington and went in and they told him he could sign up but only with his Dad's signature. And then I think his Dad agreed but then he was on some list and it wasn't part of the draft list, I can't remember, they didn't call him up or take him for some reason.
The U.S. military and CIA lie. They have had my entire family in deep underground research for decades and used us, I guess, for PSI research and mind control. They forced my parents to lie about me, about what they think about me, and how they feel. After they tortured me and my son, through religious channels to the military, when I got a lawyer, it was a Navy lawyer.
The only problem I was aware of, when I went to Canada with my son, was the local FBI.
I was thrown back from Canada and the lawyer was Navy and at first he said he'd take my case and then he was telling me to do everything on my own, Pro Se. He had over 20 years experience in the military.
The torture has been Italian mafia known, and Irish known, but the authority who is aware of everything is the DOD. The Department of Defense knows about my entire family and they have allowed the FBI to persecute us and torture us. The FBI took my parent's passports. The FBI had someone steal my passport in 2002, in Portland, Oregon, right after I looked into flying to Vienna, Austria. And my brother's passport was stolen by the FBI in 2009 or 2010, after I split with my Ex.
My brother's passport was stolen, he said, when he was in Miami, Florida.
(Which is where Brad Uhl, the DEA guy in Nashville, was from. And where Bujanda, FBI agent, liked to live. Chris Rozollo, and a few others.)
Not only has the FBI stolen passports for my entire family, they blocked and allowed others to retrict our travel too. The FBI had passport agencies stall and delay on processing my passport because they didn't want me to leave when they were still experimenting on me in Tennessee and wanted a wedding to occur before I got away, out of the country. They used me. And in the meantime, they tortured my Mom and Dad and brother and allowed others to torture us.
The FBI stole my brother's passport, withheld me from getting mine until now, after they cut off any possible way for me to have any money, and they have my Mom and Dad's passports in their own possession.
Not one person in my immediate family is free to travel.
Even when I was in the U.S., I was being blocked from leaving one town to the next by transportation officials at different times.
While the FBI holds all of our passports (except mine, but they made sure I can't travel because they cut off all our money), they are torturing my family and allowing people to torture my son and the Avilas in Wenatchee, Washington.
The definition of "hostage" is when one is blocked and restricted from traveling freely, or imprisoned in some form, against their will. My entire family is being held hostage in the U.S., by the FBI, and who do we have to turn to?
They forced my parents to travel to Mexico and a little bit in the States, to make it appear as though nothing was wrong, and that they were able to travel. But the FBI forced them to make the trip, and go along with things, for the cover. They did this when I was blogging in TN about being blocked from leaving the country and stalling on processing of my passport.
I have asked my parents to show me their passports if they are not held by the FBI and they can't, because they are being held and restricted by the FBI. I found a receipt but I don't know if it's for one of their own passports because there is no name on it, it's just a receipt.
But it says it was applied for June 28, 2005. One month after my son's 1st birthday and my parents came out to visit.
If it is the receipt for a passport for my Mom or Dad, it means someone may have thought one or both of them were planning to take a vacation, or a trip, around that time.
This was after a small amount of torture with technology had already started against me and my son. And my parents came to visit us once, on his 1st birthday after seeing me after I delivered, and afterwards, someone applied for a passport.
The FBI is maliciously and brutally involved in the beating and torture of my entire family. Which is why they have had all of us lie to protect so many people, and why I have not been able to get help from anyone in the FBI. The FBI has been involved in having me sent to psych ward and trying to say I'm mentally ill, when they, were involved, before my Mom and Dad even applied for passports, in
June 28, 2005.
It's starting to look like someone thought someone was going to leave and blocked them. Blocked the entire family so that the entire Garrett family could be held in the U.S. and tortured.
What also occured, in 2005, is that Russia and some other countries became aware of the U.S. and other countries that use military and FBI technology against their own citizens and they passed laws to prevent the same thing from happening there. Or at least, put a law into place.
The U.S. military and CIA have used my family, and the FBI has been poisoning, beating, and torturing us while the military says they'll just kill us. And then they prove what they can do by colluding, the FBI and military, with use of torture against men, women, and children.
My entire family is being held hostage in the United States of America.
I am the only person with a passport right now, and I am not free to leave because the FBI has told my parents not to give me any money. The federal government blocked me from even going to college and having money this way. They still haven't even paid me for 2 days work in this town for a military connected guy.
This entire town is underground military and CIA project and they have FBI torturing and interrogating my parents and threatening them with use of police and sheriff. My son has the same thing being done to him. Not only that, the people coaching my parents on what to write in emails is the same group that is coaching my Aunt in what to write in emails.
Why would my Mom or Dad apply for a passport on June 28, 2005 if they never used it until 2011?
It's more like, at the time I told them my son and I were being tortured with some kind of military or police technology, the same thing happened to them, and then they came to visit us and I told them more about what was happening and one of them went to the post office and applied for a passport.
The FBI is beating up my Dad. They are beating up my Mom. And they have personally punched my son in his face, when he was only 3 years old.
It started after I made a report of "misconduct" in 2004 with the Portland FBI offices. One year later, we were all trying to get out of the country, is what it's looking like. The FBI blocked all of us from leaving and sicked their CIA and military friends on us, while they watched and beat us up if we told on them. Like my son. My son tells on them and their mafia pals? My son gets punched in the face.
They know Judge Wasson. And they know all three of the other Judges in Washington, and Shea knows my parents. Shea, the Irish federal judge I appealed to for an injunction, to protect my rights to my son. From the September 14th hearing to the 28th, that's when my parents were visibly beat up the worst. And Judge Wasson was the one to decide to make the hearing date the 28th.
Kind of reminiscent of June 28, 2005, when someone applied for a passport. I mean, it doesn't have a name on it, so maybe it's not theirs, but it was in their belongings and I found it and that was the date.
Let's review some facts:
I reported FBI misconduct in June (I believe) 2004. I start having mafia-like people driving past my house all of a sudden. I get pregnant and tell my Dad, I've already quit the litigation against the different groups but someone is still causing problems. I have a baby and start being tortured with my Baby. I email my Mom and Dad to let them know. I am in the middle of repeatedly asking the FBI to turn over their FOIA about me, because I've been in danger and harassed by police and law enforcement ever since I made a report against FBI agents. I start thinking about applying for political asylum for me and my son and start looking up ideas online.
My Mom and Dad come to visit me May 15, 2005. They hear from me what is happening and deny knowing anything. They apply for a passport one month later on June 28, 2005. For me, it's all about my son. My parents hear that yet one more generation is being tortured by someone in the U.S. government, and now it's them and their daughter and son too, all at the same time, or maybe it didn't happen for my brother until his Army wife left. Then Judge Wasson has all the people she knows, beat my parents to shut them up until the next hearing date, which she scheduled for the 28th. Nice round even number to match the day on a passport someone applied for.
Judge Wasson is a liar. And so is and was the Koch firm.
Sure. My parents are not lying. My parents are not being told to lie. Right. They want to leave the country and apply to leave but they're not being tortured or told to lie about torture to their kids. The U.S. military never worked with the CIA or FBI to get to us.
It's been religious too, not just political. It's mainly been religious and then having these groups using their connections with police, FBI, CIA, and military.

By the way, I am being seriously targeted with military technology right now. I started writing about the FBI stealing and taking all of my family's passports and money, and it started up.
These things happened since I talked to Wasson in Washington on the 14th (oh, by the way, Patty knows the Washington people and my Mom gets calls from WA too):
My mother came back from Patty's house yesterday, for "tea" and her bottom teeth look like they had the enamel taken off. I looked at my mom's eyes in natural light today and they are totally ruined. The skin inside her eyes and around her eyes is permanently damaged and changed color. The insides of the whites of her eyes has changed from normal opaque white to pale yellow throughout and with ridges on the sides, of thickened whites like glaucoma effect. My mom's toenails changed color from normal to abnormal showing signs of torture and acute overheating and poisoning. The brown long scar on her forearm was from a laser because today I noticed it's off and underneath the skin is pink-white like my arm where I had been lasered. It's not an age spot. And it wasn't from burning herself with a pan. It was a laser burn and it has developed like the laser burn that happened to my arm, which I photographed. My mother also got lasers all over the side of her face by her jawline. I don't know if this is true, but it is possible that my mother was also raped when the door was broken down and then people laughed about it and mocked her. I am not sure about this, but if this happened, she would be forced to even lie about that.
This morning my mother's eyes were normal one minute, and I was looking at her the whole morning, and then she was being attacked while trying to just get some cooking done, by the laser or technology where they have blasted me on one side of my head. My mom came back to the livingroom and I knew that's what happened, because all of a sudden, one of her eyes wasn't focused straight ahead anymore and was cross-eyed to the outside, not crossing in but crossing out. And that's what has happened to my eyes when the military has likewise targeted me and done something to one side of my head and brain. It affects the eyes.
Then this military pastor came over and the whole time my parents are being told to write as if they honestly believe I'm crazy or mentally ill and then the military people are writing back and confirming they agree and visiting the house to agree.
After the U.S. cut me out of going to college and having any money, and did this at a time they had Wasson rule against me because of the horrible job the Koch firm did on purpose, they then tried to tell my parents I now need to go to counseling. Why? because now they only want to try to diagnose me further because I'm reporting torture that's being done to my parents. They forced my parents to not even help me with printing things out for court and tortured them with their eyes ever since I wrote a post about how certain people are blind, just like the Israeli boy was pretending to be, who walked forward and then someone grabbed him and killed him. I wrote this post about how a group was blind, and people started trying to blind my parents.
This is what the FBI and military did to my family with our money:
1. My brother: His "Army" spy-wife took everything from him after lying to our entire family. She is what caused my brother's poverty and debt. She took the cars and left him with the payments. She lied about everything. Then the U.S. told him he owed them $13,000 backpay for overpayment of unemployment money. They got police to start following him everywhere and ticketed him for not having his driver's license after he got a speeding ticket he couldn't pay because Carmen Wilson had screwed him over with her friends and put him into financial poverty. And then my brother got screwed over and infogated by his next girlfriend. The FBI knew that if he had no money after the divorce, and they took away other things, they could cut off his cash flow.
2. My parents: My parents' money is controlled by the U.S. military and FBI. The "friends" who are not friends, take more than a little additional money and then resort to their FBI and Sheriff pals when they want to threaten. My parents are not only told to lie, or all of us are tortured worse, they are told not to help us with money. And their "friends" clean them out of the money they make. They have no liquid assets and are not allowed to even use their own property as they want. Their property is occupied by people who think my parents owe them something.
3. Me: If I want to work for the U.S. government at minimum wage, for more Catholics who control the intelligence and FBI and have spearheaded torture against my parents, I might find work. Anywhere in town is fine, because the entire town is underground military. I quit after the second day because the owners were not using me to work a normal job, they were using me for their own personal military research and they used technology on me and I didn't appreciate it. So I quit. I think someone in the government hoped I would work there and then claim I was never forced to work at Logan's in Tennessee. But that's not true. I was forced to work at Logan's, for U.S. research and most of the people there using me were Catholic. Pretty much, all of them. The FBI blocked me from getting my passport on time, and they drugged me and allowed others to drug and medicate me. They knew this would make it impossible for me to protest about what was done on my custody case Appeal, or be able to keep up. They drugged me repeatedly and tortured me and prevented me from leaving the country to get help before time was up. Then they brutally tortured my family up to the hearing date of September 28, 2011 and said I lost. It was a joint effort and they broke my Dad's hands over it too. So now, the U.S. knows I have no money for college or living expenses. They gave me my passport after they had my college blocked. And after they showed me how they were blocking my money or ability to do anything normal in life, like attend college, they gave me my passport, knowing I couldn't go anywhere. They did this after I called Linda and John Hartley "sleeper spies". So basically, when I had money, the U.S. either stole my passport or delayed processing, and when I had my passport, they cut off my money. Thereby, imprisoning me in my own country where they have tortured my whole family and continue to use us for experimentation and illegal research. Then, after they cut off my money and cut off my ability to leave the country, they "lost" my Appeal and are trying to formalize cutting off my parental rights. This is what the Catholic church has done to my family, along with a few other groups, by using their FBI, CIA and military contacts.
The FBI has stolen and taken all of our passports, cut off our money completely by taking even drastic measures of "overhauling" an entire department of the U.S., just to block me and my family from having money to protest what is being done to my son Oliver Garrett and to get at us all psychologically.
The FBI has also gone in with others to torture my Mom and Dad and they have made them so afraid, because of what the military powers are, and FBI abilities, in torturing with technology that you can't see or prove, they lie.
Now, the next step they have made, is to force my mother and Aunt to write emails to eachother and to friends, to gradually make them sound like THEY are possibly losing their minds. And they're doing it slowly. They force them to exchange letters to eachother that the sponsoring party knows will be understood and interpreted as intimidation and announcements that people are being tortured in Dryden, Washington just as they are being tortured in Coquille, Oregon. Not only do they have family exchanging emails, lying to eachother and knowing they are being forced to lie to eachother, they are having to write disturbing things that let the other one the family is not okay and that people are suffering.
In addition to this, my mother has people instructing her on how to write her emails to others, and they are telling her to say lies, about how she thinks I'm mentally ill and then military people are writing back agreeing yes, it's true, that all these military and CIA people who have been in the business 20 years all agree that I am paranoid schitzophrenic. These military people who have been doing this for over 20 years a piece and who then come over to my parents house to talk about how fast a bullet to the head can be. Basically, wanting my parents to cover for the torture and research and then threatening all of us with death and bullets to the head and worse torture with technology. And then my parents get beat up and come back and do what they're told to do.
Not only are my parents forced to lie and say I'm mentally ill and lie about themselves behind tortured, they are being forced to write notes to other people that make themselves sound like they're losing it and then they're getting emails and phone calls from people who harass them, making fun of rape even through media contacts, others writing about alzheimer's when my parents have had military technology used on them, and given medications including sodium penthanol.
My parents have people forcing them to sound like their extreme or gradually turning nuts. And they are forcing my parents to read things that are intended to trigger anxiety and fear about family members.
Meanwhile, all these people force my parents to keep working while they torture and assault and medicate them, and tell them to write stuff that makes it sound like they really think there is something mentally wrong with me.
The same people who are tortuing my parents and I here are doing it over in Dryden, Washington. It's all connected people, and a lot of their connections are from FBI.
The CIA and military are being controlled by religious groups that hate us. And they tell us what to do because they are in control. They have gone to such extremes, and hate us this much, and make this much money off of making fun of us and torturing us, the FBI has stolen and taken all of our passports and cut off all of our money. The U.S. has done this. They also issued a 22 billion dollar threat to the UN not to get involved and stick their nose in their own business or the U.S. will cut off funding to other countries--over what? my family.
It is literally that bad. What is being done to my family is so incredibly bad, it is literally worth a 22 billion dollar threat, and much more. The FBI has been allowing assault to happen to all of us since late 2004, and my parents heard what was being done to my son.
The other part is that it involves mafias too, because people who decided they didn't like us, used their friends in the mafia who had ties to U.S. government to get to us. However, the U.S. government is proving to be the biggest mafia because it is the group doing the research and experimentation and torturing us to go along with it.
2002. I started looking at leaving for Vienna, Austria. My passport was stolen. I reported it stolen but the FBI and passport people wouldn't send me confirmation they got my report. When I was having passport photos redone in 2003, the woman in the Portland passport post office grinned when I said, "Why are you asking me to verify who I am? you guys already know and have my information." She grinned like she was shocked I already knew the U.S. had my passport. She was telling me I couldn't wear a headband over my hair and I said I wanted to leave it on. I said, "Why can't I wear a headband?" and she said, "We can't have you using anything that covers your head or hair because we need to see who you are." And I said, "You guys already know who I am so I'm leaving the headband on." And I was polite about it and had her take the photo and she grinned over it. It was a normal headband, not a scarf covering. My hair had been shorn, like the girl in the movie "Spy Games" and I wore a headband because I thought it looked more feminine. I had the photos taken but didn't reapply until later.
June 28, 2005. One of my parents applied for a passport which was confiscated by the FBI.
(This was applied for after my son and I were being tortured and they started being tortured too)
August 2005. I move with my son to East Wenatchee and while we are being tortured, my birth certificate and identification papers are stolen from my house. I happened to have an extra one which was how I was able to still leave. I had extras for both me and my son, but someone got into my house and stole all identification papers for me and my child while we were being tortured and I had to use extras to leave for Canada. Most likely, whoever stole the records did what they were told to do and believed I wouldn't be able to leave. It's possible that police in the area got warrants to search my house since I said we were being tortured and I was being accused of prescription pill addiction (which wasn't true). I knew someone was getting into my house but I didn't know who. It might have been that I just had one for my son and two for me and someone assumed if they took the sealed original one for me, I couldn't leave. But I had two of them and I used the other one to leave with my son, and used his original birth certificate too.
Which could get really interesting, because I was accused of being in Canada illegally when I wasn't, and if the police in the U.S. , or FBI, had taken my birth certificate from my house, they might have thought I had entered illegally. But I had all my papers and showed Canadian immigration at the window and at their offices later.
Someone in the U.S. was trapping me and my son to stay there and be tortured.
And they did the same thing with my Mom and Dad.
2009 or 2010. My brother's passport was stolen.
Not one of us is free to leave the U.S....We are all being held hostage and tortured if we talk about it. And my son was illegally kidnapped and taken from me.
One time when I noticed someone had been in my house in East Wenatchee, they left a chapstick behind, but it was my Granny's chapstick and I know she wouldn't leave it behind like that. It's not something she would do.
It was left in the basement of the house for me and my son and it was a cherry chapstick. It wouldn't have fallen out by mistake and my Granny or Grandpa wouldn't leave it behind for any reason. When I saw it, I remember I thought, "Police". It was more like something a police officer would leave behind to make me think the person coming into my place and who had taken my birth certificate was my Granny. Granny wouldn't do that. If she came in to look around, she'd look around and she's not going to leave a perfectly good chapstick lying around for no reason. It was maybe not even hers, but it looked like something she would have.
Someone had stolen my birth certificate and then left behind a cherry chapstick when they came back later. After my passport was stolen first and then I was trying to reapply. It's not easy to reapply for a passport or leave the country, when ones birth certificate is stolen. I looked for it everywhere and it was gone.
Next thing we know, no one can explain how I got into Canada because I was being illegally obstructed from escaping.

That is just a short list of a few things the United States has allowed and done, in its own name and with its own workers, to my family. I am not exaggerating and the only thing that I suspect more than I know for sure is the part about stealing eggs and I have a hunch about taping but not sure. So yeah, the stealing eggs is a guess, though I've been pressured to SELL mine just to have housing that was supposed to be a federal right.
The rest of the above list, is not guesses or exaggeration. It's fact and I've witnessed almost all of it. I have personally had at least half of the things on the list done to me and I've experienced and witnessed (combined) almost all of the entire list. A few things are suspected but I don't have full evidence, and then the thing about eggs or taping illegal activities for blackmail, that's a guess or an idea.
I am not exaggerating about the other things. These other things have all been done, and there is more as well.
My entire family has been tortured and everyone lies about it to stay alive and not be tortured more, except for me. I am the only one in my family that doesn't lie about being tortured. And I'm the only one who has been wrongly thrown into a psych ward too.
I imagine they blast my parents here and there and then psychically torture them with people present too, to keep them quiet, telling them they will kill our entire family if they don't keep their mouths shut.
I personally would rather we all speak up about what is being done, and testify and make our group testimony known, and face death, than live like this and allow my son and other generations to be tortured by fanatical military nazis.
My parents think things will get better but are doubtful if I don't "forgive".
Forgive who? they say the Catholics but it's a few reform jews too that I've noticed, and some straight-up military power and greed mongers.
I had someone say the group torturing my son was real estate and power connected.
There is no excuse for torture like this, period, and being protected from this treatment doesn't require forgiveness. It's not a privilege to not be tortured, it's a right. I don't have to say "I forgive you" or excuse what people are doing who are criminally corrupt. I don't have to pray for them either. My prayers for them would be a plus for them, and a privilege. The right of my family to not be tortured is a clear right.
We don't have to do anything, for anyone, to secure our right to not be tortured.
I do notice the approximate date things got bad for my family coincides with the year 2002 and then we were all applying to get out in 2005.
The FBI went from being worried about my complaints of what was going on, to doing favors for others.
It comes down to this: My parents have been forced to be part of CIA and U.S. military programs for research. My brother and I never knew and I never thought about it. Then one day, I make a church mad, and another religious group mad, and they used their connections in the CIA, which were in place by 2004, to torture us. One does not get tortured in this country, the whole family, without someone in the CIA and military knowing about it.
Leon Panetta was the head of the CIA in 2004. He got his appointment then. And we started being tortured. Then, he moves from the CIA to the Pentagon and continues his regime. There is no possible way that Leon Panetta and Joe Biden do not know what is going on with my family.
It's impossible for them not to know. And all of the media journalists who have lately been mocking my family and how we're being tortured, have been Catholic.
Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly,...most of the journalists and then 700 club I can only guess has their ties to CIA which is around the corner from them and predominantly Catholic and then they get a lot of their money from jewish interests because they support Israel.
The FBI is responsible for the torture to my parents, because they know it's happening. My mother's eyes are changed in the last 3 weeks, my Dad's eyes are changed, my Dad's hands were broken by cops (Ray McNeeley was on duty that day, and the Chief) and FBI after I reported torture being done to them, and my mother's teeth are now looking like she was forced to drink something that ate away the enamel and just overnight. I saw her teeth yesterday and there was nothing wrong with them before she went to Patty's for "tea."
The people who are wanting to get close to me right now are connected to the U.S. military.
They were torturing my parents before, because I could feel what they were doing to them and it was the same thing done to me. But then someone just went all-out and decided to make it show and they didn't care. Right now, they are making a point, or trying to prove a point, that they will torture my parents anyway they want, and even with evidence, no one is going to do anything about it.
Who does this? The U.S. FBI gets away with it and allows others to get away with it. But the programs are military and CIA, not FBI.
We are all being held hostage in our own country.
After I reported what was happening to my parents, the FBI and local police came over to break my Dad's hands and to watch.
The CIA is trying to make all of us sound crazy right now. They are trying to break my parents too, and the evidence is that while before they tortured them to lie about me and my being tortured with my son, now, they are torturing my parents and trying to drive them crazy.
They are trying to put my parents on the same trajectory they put me on...to slowly make them sound like they're becoming mentally ill when they're not. And they're trying to torture them to break of their own accord, from what they're doing to them now.
What is incredible, is that in the middle of this, they're still forcing them to work.
The neighbors around them are U.S. military and part of it.
My Dad went into a U.S. military office when he was 17 years old. I don't know if this is true, but he told me he had an appointment in Seattle, Washington and went in and they told him he could sign up but only with his Dad's signature. And then I think his Dad agreed but then he was on some list and it wasn't part of the draft list, I can't remember, they didn't call him up or take him for some reason.
The U.S. military and CIA lie. They have had my entire family in deep underground research for decades and used us, I guess, for PSI research and mind control. They forced my parents to lie about me, about what they think about me, and how they feel. After they tortured me and my son, through religious channels to the military, when I got a lawyer, it was a Navy lawyer.
The only problem I was aware of, when I went to Canada with my son, was the local FBI.
I was thrown back from Canada and the lawyer was Navy and at first he said he'd take my case and then he was telling me to do everything on my own, Pro Se. He had over 20 years experience in the military.
The torture has been Italian mafia known, and Irish known, but the authority who is aware of everything is the DOD. The Department of Defense knows about my entire family and they have allowed the FBI to persecute us and torture us. The FBI took my parent's passports. The FBI had someone steal my passport in 2002, in Portland, Oregon, right after I looked into flying to Vienna, Austria. And my brother's passport was stolen by the FBI in 2009 or 2010, after I split with my Ex.
My brother's passport was stolen, he said, when he was in Miami, Florida.
(Which is where Brad Uhl, the DEA guy in Nashville, was from. And where Bujanda, FBI agent, liked to live. Chris Rozollo, and a few others.)
Not only has the FBI stolen passports for my entire family, they blocked and allowed others to retrict our travel too. The FBI had passport agencies stall and delay on processing my passport because they didn't want me to leave when they were still experimenting on me in Tennessee and wanted a wedding to occur before I got away, out of the country. They used me. And in the meantime, they tortured my Mom and Dad and brother and allowed others to torture us.
The FBI stole my brother's passport, withheld me from getting mine until now, after they cut off any possible way for me to have any money, and they have my Mom and Dad's passports in their own possession.
Not one person in my immediate family is free to travel.
Even when I was in the U.S., I was being blocked from leaving one town to the next by transportation officials at different times.
While the FBI holds all of our passports (except mine, but they made sure I can't travel because they cut off all our money), they are torturing my family and allowing people to torture my son and the Avilas in Wenatchee, Washington.
The definition of "hostage" is when one is blocked and restricted from traveling freely, or imprisoned in some form, against their will. My entire family is being held hostage in the U.S., by the FBI, and who do we have to turn to?
They forced my parents to travel to Mexico and a little bit in the States, to make it appear as though nothing was wrong, and that they were able to travel. But the FBI forced them to make the trip, and go along with things, for the cover. They did this when I was blogging in TN about being blocked from leaving the country and stalling on processing of my passport.
I have asked my parents to show me their passports if they are not held by the FBI and they can't, because they are being held and restricted by the FBI. I found a receipt but I don't know if it's for one of their own passports because there is no name on it, it's just a receipt.
But it says it was applied for June 28, 2005. One month after my son's 1st birthday and my parents came out to visit.
If it is the receipt for a passport for my Mom or Dad, it means someone may have thought one or both of them were planning to take a vacation, or a trip, around that time.
This was after a small amount of torture with technology had already started against me and my son. And my parents came to visit us once, on his 1st birthday after seeing me after I delivered, and afterwards, someone applied for a passport.
The FBI is maliciously and brutally involved in the beating and torture of my entire family. Which is why they have had all of us lie to protect so many people, and why I have not been able to get help from anyone in the FBI. The FBI has been involved in having me sent to psych ward and trying to say I'm mentally ill, when they, were involved, before my Mom and Dad even applied for passports, in
June 28, 2005.
It's starting to look like someone thought someone was going to leave and blocked them. Blocked the entire family so that the entire Garrett family could be held in the U.S. and tortured.
What also occured, in 2005, is that Russia and some other countries became aware of the U.S. and other countries that use military and FBI technology against their own citizens and they passed laws to prevent the same thing from happening there. Or at least, put a law into place.
The U.S. military and CIA have used my family, and the FBI has been poisoning, beating, and torturing us while the military says they'll just kill us. And then they prove what they can do by colluding, the FBI and military, with use of torture against men, women, and children.

I am the only person with a passport right now, and I am not free to leave because the FBI has told my parents not to give me any money. The federal government blocked me from even going to college and having money this way. They still haven't even paid me for 2 days work in this town for a military connected guy.
This entire town is underground military and CIA project and they have FBI torturing and interrogating my parents and threatening them with use of police and sheriff. My son has the same thing being done to him. Not only that, the people coaching my parents on what to write in emails is the same group that is coaching my Aunt in what to write in emails.
Why would my Mom or Dad apply for a passport on June 28, 2005 if they never used it until 2011?
It's more like, at the time I told them my son and I were being tortured with some kind of military or police technology, the same thing happened to them, and then they came to visit us and I told them more about what was happening and one of them went to the post office and applied for a passport.
The FBI is beating up my Dad. They are beating up my Mom. And they have personally punched my son in his face, when he was only 3 years old.
It started after I made a report of "misconduct" in 2004 with the Portland FBI offices. One year later, we were all trying to get out of the country, is what it's looking like. The FBI blocked all of us from leaving and sicked their CIA and military friends on us, while they watched and beat us up if we told on them. Like my son. My son tells on them and their mafia pals? My son gets punched in the face.
They know Judge Wasson. And they know all three of the other Judges in Washington, and Shea knows my parents. Shea, the Irish federal judge I appealed to for an injunction, to protect my rights to my son. From the September 14th hearing to the 28th, that's when my parents were visibly beat up the worst. And Judge Wasson was the one to decide to make the hearing date the 28th.
Kind of reminiscent of June 28, 2005, when someone applied for a passport. I mean, it doesn't have a name on it, so maybe it's not theirs, but it was in their belongings and I found it and that was the date.
Let's review some facts:
I reported FBI misconduct in June (I believe) 2004. I start having mafia-like people driving past my house all of a sudden. I get pregnant and tell my Dad, I've already quit the litigation against the different groups but someone is still causing problems. I have a baby and start being tortured with my Baby. I email my Mom and Dad to let them know. I am in the middle of repeatedly asking the FBI to turn over their FOIA about me, because I've been in danger and harassed by police and law enforcement ever since I made a report against FBI agents. I start thinking about applying for political asylum for me and my son and start looking up ideas online.
My Mom and Dad come to visit me May 15, 2005. They hear from me what is happening and deny knowing anything. They apply for a passport one month later on June 28, 2005. For me, it's all about my son. My parents hear that yet one more generation is being tortured by someone in the U.S. government, and now it's them and their daughter and son too, all at the same time, or maybe it didn't happen for my brother until his Army wife left. Then Judge Wasson has all the people she knows, beat my parents to shut them up until the next hearing date, which she scheduled for the 28th. Nice round even number to match the day on a passport someone applied for.
Judge Wasson is a liar. And so is and was the Koch firm.
Sure. My parents are not lying. My parents are not being told to lie. Right. They want to leave the country and apply to leave but they're not being tortured or told to lie about torture to their kids. The U.S. military never worked with the CIA or FBI to get to us.
It's been religious too, not just political. It's mainly been religious and then having these groups using their connections with police, FBI, CIA, and military.

By the way, I am being seriously targeted with military technology right now. I started writing about the FBI stealing and taking all of my family's passports and money, and it started up.
These things happened since I talked to Wasson in Washington on the 14th (oh, by the way, Patty knows the Washington people and my Mom gets calls from WA too):
My mother came back from Patty's house yesterday, for "tea" and her bottom teeth look like they had the enamel taken off. I looked at my mom's eyes in natural light today and they are totally ruined. The skin inside her eyes and around her eyes is permanently damaged and changed color. The insides of the whites of her eyes has changed from normal opaque white to pale yellow throughout and with ridges on the sides, of thickened whites like glaucoma effect. My mom's toenails changed color from normal to abnormal showing signs of torture and acute overheating and poisoning. The brown long scar on her forearm was from a laser because today I noticed it's off and underneath the skin is pink-white like my arm where I had been lasered. It's not an age spot. And it wasn't from burning herself with a pan. It was a laser burn and it has developed like the laser burn that happened to my arm, which I photographed. My mother also got lasers all over the side of her face by her jawline. I don't know if this is true, but it is possible that my mother was also raped when the door was broken down and then people laughed about it and mocked her. I am not sure about this, but if this happened, she would be forced to even lie about that.
This morning my mother's eyes were normal one minute, and I was looking at her the whole morning, and then she was being attacked while trying to just get some cooking done, by the laser or technology where they have blasted me on one side of my head. My mom came back to the livingroom and I knew that's what happened, because all of a sudden, one of her eyes wasn't focused straight ahead anymore and was cross-eyed to the outside, not crossing in but crossing out. And that's what has happened to my eyes when the military has likewise targeted me and done something to one side of my head and brain. It affects the eyes.
Then this military pastor came over and the whole time my parents are being told to write as if they honestly believe I'm crazy or mentally ill and then the military people are writing back and confirming they agree and visiting the house to agree.
After the U.S. cut me out of going to college and having any money, and did this at a time they had Wasson rule against me because of the horrible job the Koch firm did on purpose, they then tried to tell my parents I now need to go to counseling. Why? because now they only want to try to diagnose me further because I'm reporting torture that's being done to my parents. They forced my parents to not even help me with printing things out for court and tortured them with their eyes ever since I wrote a post about how certain people are blind, just like the Israeli boy was pretending to be, who walked forward and then someone grabbed him and killed him. I wrote this post about how a group was blind, and people started trying to blind my parents.
This is what the FBI and military did to my family with our money:
1. My brother: His "Army" spy-wife took everything from him after lying to our entire family. She is what caused my brother's poverty and debt. She took the cars and left him with the payments. She lied about everything. Then the U.S. told him he owed them $13,000 backpay for overpayment of unemployment money. They got police to start following him everywhere and ticketed him for not having his driver's license after he got a speeding ticket he couldn't pay because Carmen Wilson had screwed him over with her friends and put him into financial poverty. And then my brother got screwed over and infogated by his next girlfriend. The FBI knew that if he had no money after the divorce, and they took away other things, they could cut off his cash flow.
2. My parents: My parents' money is controlled by the U.S. military and FBI. The "friends" who are not friends, take more than a little additional money and then resort to their FBI and Sheriff pals when they want to threaten. My parents are not only told to lie, or all of us are tortured worse, they are told not to help us with money. And their "friends" clean them out of the money they make. They have no liquid assets and are not allowed to even use their own property as they want. Their property is occupied by people who think my parents owe them something.
3. Me: If I want to work for the U.S. government at minimum wage, for more Catholics who control the intelligence and FBI and have spearheaded torture against my parents, I might find work. Anywhere in town is fine, because the entire town is underground military. I quit after the second day because the owners were not using me to work a normal job, they were using me for their own personal military research and they used technology on me and I didn't appreciate it. So I quit. I think someone in the government hoped I would work there and then claim I was never forced to work at Logan's in Tennessee. But that's not true. I was forced to work at Logan's, for U.S. research and most of the people there using me were Catholic. Pretty much, all of them. The FBI blocked me from getting my passport on time, and they drugged me and allowed others to drug and medicate me. They knew this would make it impossible for me to protest about what was done on my custody case Appeal, or be able to keep up. They drugged me repeatedly and tortured me and prevented me from leaving the country to get help before time was up. Then they brutally tortured my family up to the hearing date of September 28, 2011 and said I lost. It was a joint effort and they broke my Dad's hands over it too. So now, the U.S. knows I have no money for college or living expenses. They gave me my passport after they had my college blocked. And after they showed me how they were blocking my money or ability to do anything normal in life, like attend college, they gave me my passport, knowing I couldn't go anywhere. They did this after I called Linda and John Hartley "sleeper spies". So basically, when I had money, the U.S. either stole my passport or delayed processing, and when I had my passport, they cut off my money. Thereby, imprisoning me in my own country where they have tortured my whole family and continue to use us for experimentation and illegal research. Then, after they cut off my money and cut off my ability to leave the country, they "lost" my Appeal and are trying to formalize cutting off my parental rights. This is what the Catholic church has done to my family, along with a few other groups, by using their FBI, CIA and military contacts.
The FBI has stolen and taken all of our passports, cut off our money completely by taking even drastic measures of "overhauling" an entire department of the U.S., just to block me and my family from having money to protest what is being done to my son Oliver Garrett and to get at us all psychologically.
The FBI has also gone in with others to torture my Mom and Dad and they have made them so afraid, because of what the military powers are, and FBI abilities, in torturing with technology that you can't see or prove, they lie.
Now, the next step they have made, is to force my mother and Aunt to write emails to eachother and to friends, to gradually make them sound like THEY are possibly losing their minds. And they're doing it slowly. They force them to exchange letters to eachother that the sponsoring party knows will be understood and interpreted as intimidation and announcements that people are being tortured in Dryden, Washington just as they are being tortured in Coquille, Oregon. Not only do they have family exchanging emails, lying to eachother and knowing they are being forced to lie to eachother, they are having to write disturbing things that let the other one the family is not okay and that people are suffering.
In addition to this, my mother has people instructing her on how to write her emails to others, and they are telling her to say lies, about how she thinks I'm mentally ill and then military people are writing back agreeing yes, it's true, that all these military and CIA people who have been in the business 20 years all agree that I am paranoid schitzophrenic. These military people who have been doing this for over 20 years a piece and who then come over to my parents house to talk about how fast a bullet to the head can be. Basically, wanting my parents to cover for the torture and research and then threatening all of us with death and bullets to the head and worse torture with technology. And then my parents get beat up and come back and do what they're told to do.
Not only are my parents forced to lie and say I'm mentally ill and lie about themselves behind tortured, they are being forced to write notes to other people that make themselves sound like they're losing it and then they're getting emails and phone calls from people who harass them, making fun of rape even through media contacts, others writing about alzheimer's when my parents have had military technology used on them, and given medications including sodium penthanol.
My parents have people forcing them to sound like their extreme or gradually turning nuts. And they are forcing my parents to read things that are intended to trigger anxiety and fear about family members.
Meanwhile, all these people force my parents to keep working while they torture and assault and medicate them, and tell them to write stuff that makes it sound like they really think there is something mentally wrong with me.
The same people who are tortuing my parents and I here are doing it over in Dryden, Washington. It's all connected people, and a lot of their connections are from FBI.
The CIA and military are being controlled by religious groups that hate us. And they tell us what to do because they are in control. They have gone to such extremes, and hate us this much, and make this much money off of making fun of us and torturing us, the FBI has stolen and taken all of our passports and cut off all of our money. The U.S. has done this. They also issued a 22 billion dollar threat to the UN not to get involved and stick their nose in their own business or the U.S. will cut off funding to other countries--over what? my family.
It is literally that bad. What is being done to my family is so incredibly bad, it is literally worth a 22 billion dollar threat, and much more. The FBI has been allowing assault to happen to all of us since late 2004, and my parents heard what was being done to my son.
The other part is that it involves mafias too, because people who decided they didn't like us, used their friends in the mafia who had ties to U.S. government to get to us. However, the U.S. government is proving to be the biggest mafia because it is the group doing the research and experimentation and torturing us to go along with it.
2002. I started looking at leaving for Vienna, Austria. My passport was stolen. I reported it stolen but the FBI and passport people wouldn't send me confirmation they got my report. When I was having passport photos redone in 2003, the woman in the Portland passport post office grinned when I said, "Why are you asking me to verify who I am? you guys already know and have my information." She grinned like she was shocked I already knew the U.S. had my passport. She was telling me I couldn't wear a headband over my hair and I said I wanted to leave it on. I said, "Why can't I wear a headband?" and she said, "We can't have you using anything that covers your head or hair because we need to see who you are." And I said, "You guys already know who I am so I'm leaving the headband on." And I was polite about it and had her take the photo and she grinned over it. It was a normal headband, not a scarf covering. My hair had been shorn, like the girl in the movie "Spy Games" and I wore a headband because I thought it looked more feminine. I had the photos taken but didn't reapply until later.
June 28, 2005. One of my parents applied for a passport which was confiscated by the FBI.
(This was applied for after my son and I were being tortured and they started being tortured too)
August 2005. I move with my son to East Wenatchee and while we are being tortured, my birth certificate and identification papers are stolen from my house. I happened to have an extra one which was how I was able to still leave. I had extras for both me and my son, but someone got into my house and stole all identification papers for me and my child while we were being tortured and I had to use extras to leave for Canada. Most likely, whoever stole the records did what they were told to do and believed I wouldn't be able to leave. It's possible that police in the area got warrants to search my house since I said we were being tortured and I was being accused of prescription pill addiction (which wasn't true). I knew someone was getting into my house but I didn't know who. It might have been that I just had one for my son and two for me and someone assumed if they took the sealed original one for me, I couldn't leave. But I had two of them and I used the other one to leave with my son, and used his original birth certificate too.
Which could get really interesting, because I was accused of being in Canada illegally when I wasn't, and if the police in the U.S. , or FBI, had taken my birth certificate from my house, they might have thought I had entered illegally. But I had all my papers and showed Canadian immigration at the window and at their offices later.
Someone in the U.S. was trapping me and my son to stay there and be tortured.
And they did the same thing with my Mom and Dad.
2009 or 2010. My brother's passport was stolen.
Not one of us is free to leave the U.S....We are all being held hostage and tortured if we talk about it. And my son was illegally kidnapped and taken from me.
One time when I noticed someone had been in my house in East Wenatchee, they left a chapstick behind, but it was my Granny's chapstick and I know she wouldn't leave it behind like that. It's not something she would do.
It was left in the basement of the house for me and my son and it was a cherry chapstick. It wouldn't have fallen out by mistake and my Granny or Grandpa wouldn't leave it behind for any reason. When I saw it, I remember I thought, "Police". It was more like something a police officer would leave behind to make me think the person coming into my place and who had taken my birth certificate was my Granny. Granny wouldn't do that. If she came in to look around, she'd look around and she's not going to leave a perfectly good chapstick lying around for no reason. It was maybe not even hers, but it looked like something she would have.
Someone had stolen my birth certificate and then left behind a cherry chapstick when they came back later. After my passport was stolen first and then I was trying to reapply. It's not easy to reapply for a passport or leave the country, when ones birth certificate is stolen. I looked for it everywhere and it was gone.
Next thing we know, no one can explain how I got into Canada because I was being illegally obstructed from escaping.

That is just a short list of a few things the United States has allowed and done, in its own name and with its own workers, to my family. I am not exaggerating and the only thing that I suspect more than I know for sure is the part about stealing eggs and I have a hunch about taping but not sure. So yeah, the stealing eggs is a guess, though I've been pressured to SELL mine just to have housing that was supposed to be a federal right.
The rest of the above list, is not guesses or exaggeration. It's fact and I've witnessed almost all of it. I have personally had at least half of the things on the list done to me and I've experienced and witnessed (combined) almost all of the entire list. A few things are suspected but I don't have full evidence, and then the thing about eggs or taping illegal activities for blackmail, that's a guess or an idea.
I am not exaggerating about the other things. These other things have all been done, and there is more as well.
My entire family has been tortured and everyone lies about it to stay alive and not be tortured more, except for me. I am the only one in my family that doesn't lie about being tortured. And I'm the only one who has been wrongly thrown into a psych ward too.
I imagine they blast my parents here and there and then psychically torture them with people present too, to keep them quiet, telling them they will kill our entire family if they don't keep their mouths shut.
I personally would rather we all speak up about what is being done, and testify and make our group testimony known, and face death, than live like this and allow my son and other generations to be tortured by fanatical military nazis.
My parents think things will get better but are doubtful if I don't "forgive".
Forgive who? they say the Catholics but it's a few reform jews too that I've noticed, and some straight-up military power and greed mongers.
I had someone say the group torturing my son was real estate and power connected.
There is no excuse for torture like this, period, and being protected from this treatment doesn't require forgiveness. It's not a privilege to not be tortured, it's a right. I don't have to say "I forgive you" or excuse what people are doing who are criminally corrupt. I don't have to pray for them either. My prayers for them would be a plus for them, and a privilege. The right of my family to not be tortured is a clear right.
We don't have to do anything, for anyone, to secure our right to not be tortured.
I do notice the approximate date things got bad for my family coincides with the year 2002 and then we were all applying to get out in 2005.
The FBI went from being worried about my complaints of what was going on, to doing favors for others.
It comes down to this: My parents have been forced to be part of CIA and U.S. military programs for research. My brother and I never knew and I never thought about it. Then one day, I make a church mad, and another religious group mad, and they used their connections in the CIA, which were in place by 2004, to torture us. One does not get tortured in this country, the whole family, without someone in the CIA and military knowing about it.
Leon Panetta was the head of the CIA in 2004. He got his appointment then. And we started being tortured. Then, he moves from the CIA to the Pentagon and continues his regime. There is no possible way that Leon Panetta and Joe Biden do not know what is going on with my family.
It's impossible for them not to know. And all of the media journalists who have lately been mocking my family and how we're being tortured, have been Catholic.
Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly,...most of the journalists and then 700 club I can only guess has their ties to CIA which is around the corner from them and predominantly Catholic and then they get a lot of their money from jewish interests because they support Israel.
