Arthur K. Smith: Criminal

The name of the President of the University of Utah system at the time I was implanted is Arthur K. Smith. He is a criminal. I have posted his resume below. He went from his position in Utah to Houston, next-door to NASA. His resume shows him going to Cornell University (where Mary Del Balzo, the microchip attorney I was forced to work for, went). He lived in New York and his military ties are with the U.S. Navy in Maryland and the U.S. Air Force. Maryland, you know, where I was getting set up to go to prison. Not only that, he knows The Thebaults. It is so over for all of you. You're done. ARTHUR K.
