Ignored by Federal Dept Customer Service

I have been trying to access a live-help feature through a department of the federal government for over 20 minutes.

No one is responding and at the same time, I have documented collusion between 2 other departments that are federally managed or have employees there, to obstruct my ability to access federal services.

I won't go into a lot of detail here, other than to make this clear and to note I have saved and recorded the other details for future use.
