Mathias Breyer?

Asked me to leave when I downloaded page about making a complaint and after last several posts.

Mathias Breyer, and he is the taxi driver who told me, when I still had my child, that if we needed a "safe place" to go, let HIM know. I have no idea what his affiliation is but I know he told me he lived in Canada for 7 years (true or not) and that he was religious (always wears a large cross). He said something about the Catholic church to me, at the time but I would have to remember what exactly.

He said his name is Mathias Breyer and I remember the first part but not the second part (surname).
