Problems Using State Computers

I made an update, with further information, on my last post about computer problems. I was using a state computer at a "worksource" station, not long ago, which is owned by the state, and you have to log in with your social security number first. After I did, I started having problems with the computer I was on, and mine was the only one in the entire lab with the problems. A supervisor and other witness noticed and I got their names and they said someone would have to know which computer I was on to do this, and the arrow was moving around by itself and all kinds of things.
