I have been sent several pieces of mail and I asked the post office man, who was in the Passport office, to check under my name for General Delivery and under my P.O. Box and he said there is nothing there for me.
I should have at least an IRS statement and he claims there is no mail.
If there is not even any mail to General Delivery, he or someone else is trashing it. He told me I would have to pay for a new key if I want to get into my box and said I have to pay for a whole new box if I want a new box.
