Bloody Nose

I don't usually get bloody noses but everytime I blow my nose, for the last few days, there is a blood. It's coming from the head not the chest. So, maybe there has been something going on which would cause the headaches and maybe this too, or maybe this is just from the cold I have, but I've never had blood like this before, even with bronchitis. It's mainly on one side, but sometimes both. Maybe for 3-4 days. Possibly longer but definitely everytime I blow almost, for this long. Darker now but was brighter days ago.
