I am going to have to make a motion to file to show why I can't be back in time for court. I asked my lawyer to request a continuance and they're refusing. There is no reason for the prosecuting attorney to refuse this.
At least I documented what has been going on, from town to town. By calling in reports, which they didn't want me to do.
My lawyer says he'll send something to let the court know I need a continuance but I don't trust this.
I think too many people want me to go to jail and that he won't advocate as to all the reasons I have been prevented from getting out and getting things I needed, taken care of.
So I have to file it myself.
