Charter Employee Issues

I have had a really interesting time today with Charter. I wrote down all the ID numbers and a few were helpful but someone has just been trying to prevent me from getting timely phone service.

It has been a bunch of lying and I keep getting wackos. Yesterday, people were normal and then today it's like all the assholes got a head's up. I got maybe one or two at most who were normal.

I talked to my housemate last night and he knew I was supposed to get this service expedited and said this was fine.

He'd written me a note earlier, which said my phone had been ordered and then I checked and found out there was no order. The next day, there was an order but I still wasn't getting the truth. He flat out lied to me, about the reason why the phone wasn't working when some other phone guy already went out and checked everything and told me exactly what the issue was.
