I think I could possibly file for defamation claims against Holt, for stating under oath in a public record, that I am substance abuser who uses meth or has ever used meth or any drug improperly, and for lying that I brandished a knife when there is zero evidence to suggest I even make "THREATS" of that nature.
I think I could show a motive of retaliation and ill-will.
