Keeping Receipts From Hotels!

I'm keeping my receipts from hotels I've had to pay for, due to being terminated wrongfully from the HPRP housing program.

I've had a little money which I had from a savings and then a little more, but I just decided, I might need to keep any and all receipts for hotel rooms and trips for anxiety.

Not totally sure how or what sort of case I would file to be compensated for this, but I'm sort of thinking a straight up intentional infliction of emotional distress. It would be much easier to file a small claims and if I can, I will. But I might want to file something with just one tort. And save a larger claim for ongoing abuses, for later. Since it's been ongoing and accruing, my "discovery" is extended indefinitely.
