Basically, there were two HMOs to choose from, and I was broadly slandered to both. The first one serviced more of the community agencies and clinics, and I was told by their customer rep, that he wasn't "supposed to tell" me, but there were huge notes written about me, and that every single member on the Board of Directors had been "alerted" to me.
The other insurance company was Molina, and I know Molina directly participated in denying coverage, engaged in illegal insurance practices (cutting me off from prescription without warning), and lying to me about their reasons, which only makes their motives more suspect. If they didn't have anything to hide, they wouldn't lie.
So both HMOs had information about me which was extremely negative, damaging, and which affected the care of me and my son, and the information they had was defamatory and, I believe, came from Christa Schneider's team and the Wenatchee medical people and their lawyers, who were trying to build something against me.
