I am making a report of rape against me when I was a child by Barak Obama's house with his mother Stanley Ann Dunham present.
I am told there is no Statute of Limitations and I would like to press charges. I am asking, at this time, for a victim's assistant or advocate before I give further details of the crime that occurred and speak to an investigating officer.
There were several witnesses on the day it occurred.
Because of the nature of the crime and the politicians' stature as President, I would be more comfortable having the support of a victim's advocate. I am also interested in talking to them more about the most recent Crime Victims Act of 2004.

From what I've been told, it would not go to Portland but to the jurisdiction where the rape occurred. The rape did not occur in Oregon. Could you please forward this information to an investigating officer?

I checked online and I'm not sure which department or offices would be able to put me in touch with one of their advocates. I've already talked to U.S. Marshalls and am positive this is not a Portland or Oregon matter or incident.
The jurisdiction is Washington state. Did someone tell you something different from that? I am really not sure why anyone would tell you to have me contact Portland police. ? Was it a supervisor that made the recommendation, or another agency, or just the first thought you had that came to mind?

Where in Washington state did this rape occur. I don’t believe they ever lived here in Washington State. I would need a complete address as there are several police agencies in the state of Washington.

This occurred in Washington state, in either Mercer Island or Seattle, WA somewhere, at their house. I was a child so there is no way I'd have a complete address. Any records search should provide that information but I am not the one who has access to that kind of database. The fact that this man is the current President, there is no question a full record of their past addresses and history has been examined, and the FBI would be responsible for doing some of the background checks on him prior to his becoming elected.
I don't remember meeting them personally before this incident. I was driven there to be raped and I was young enough I had not had even my first period yet--I was a child. I can give complete information and details about everything else, but because I was a minor, a child, I would need an officer who is in investigation to find that address.
It is not my responsibility as a little girl, a mere child, to know the exact address of a rapist whose addresses may be found when there is no doubt they were examined prior to a Presidency. I don't believe most child victims of rape always have "the complete address" so I'm asking for law enforcement assistance with that. I can provide the rest. It is documented they lived in Seattle or Mercer Island, from even a public records look-up online, and I knew that information before even that much was available to the general public. I would need your assistance with finding the exact address however. I would really appreciate it! And thank you, by the way, for getting back to me to ask about additional information.
Could you also please give me the phone number, website address, and email for victims assistance there? I need to contact a victim's advocate for this process.

You would need to contact the Seattle Police Dept. 206-625-5011. We only have jurisdiction in the UNI- Incorporated areas of King County. We would not be able to access the Presidents records from the FBI. What year did this occur?

I have some concerns about some of the people at Seattle police department. I was wondering, why do you think you cannot request cooperation from the FBI for an address? Police work together all the time with the FBI.

That's not true. He visited his mother who lived there and it was supposedly her house, and he was not an infant. The photos from that time, of both him and his Mom are exact matches to the people I met, and my mother called her "Stanley" and I was asking why that woman had a man's name. There is zero mistake.
