October 4. I called local 911 to have it documented on record officially and then was transferred to a local Officer Henshaw who told me he would send a call or email to the Secret Service.
I have not had any response from Secret Service or anyone else. I called again later and Officer Wallace said Henshaw told him he contacted the CIA. I said they instructed me to contact Secret Service, not the CIA.
I said I would wait to hear from someone. It's been 4 days since I made a report about electrocution with a torture device in Barak Obama's basement, and 1st degree, premeditated rape.
