3 of My Harassers: Erin Mooney, Maria Mendoza, and Angie Garces

I am so not surprised.

I got a copy of the police report re. my alleged "violation" and it's not correct. I also noticed the 3 women testifying have been women who have immediately harassed me in the past and whom I've made complaints about, so they had motive to lie and be vindictive.

I also noticed that the police claimed, to me, to have not done an improper search and seizure, but they did, and it's documented. They even photographed all the contents of my bag and show my laptop not just sitting there, but opened up.

There are 9 pages of photos.

Is that excessive or no?

They did not log my bag as "property", they logged it as "evidence" and tried to change their story later. They also held onto my property for over a week when they knew I needed my laptop for using to get ahead on my custody case with my son. And the Wenatchee police withheld my bag all that time, and I was told by the evidence woman that she had been instructed to tell me I couldn't have my evidence back until after the trial.

So they did a fully illegal search and seizure and then blocked me from getting my laptop when they knew they didn't have a right to keep it.

All of the women who complained...every single one of them is a woman who I recognize as having harassed me in the past.

I had blogged about all of them.

Angie and Maria sit right next to eachother and have directly harassed me, in tandem. Then Erin was the one who tried to keep me from getting cash on my card. Angie was the one who basically told me she would lie in favor of Erin if I tried to report Erin for what she did.

Additionally, right there is proof and confirmation that one of my "images", about police having my belongings on a table all spread out and going through stuff, was RIGHT.

I know it happened with my other belongings too, but the police were telling me they hadn't gone through ANYTHING and that they just put it all in a locker and didn't look through things, and these photos prove otherwise and confirm I am not "psychotic" and that I do not have "hallucinations" but accurate images which are psychic, not psychotic.

The table is even the same kind of table I saw in my image. It looks like it's a light color, just as I got in my image.

Which is why the police looked so nervous, I now know. Because some of them were shocked that I actually got this.

I wouldn't want anyone to believe I am always correct, because people get things a little off sometimes, but I am often right and it's not about being nuts.
