I was told, just today but by a different lawyer, that the court said to pick up papers soon for filing an appeal. I told him I would remember this and try to do that soon, but I had filed in federal court too, for preliminary injunction, to keep anything at bay, from moving forward.
Supposedly, it goes back to the original filing date.
So we will see
