I didn't see this on CNN but then I went to BBC and Russia had a huge, major rainstorm! It extinguished most of the fire and everything.
What is very interesting, is this is the kind of storm I saw when I prayed for rain. I saw it happening really fast and hard like a flash flood.
I wonder if the govt. and scientists were able to conjure this up somehow or if it was totally natural?
I guess it took a long time, but it really happened, and I sort of thought it would. I just thought, this might come to pass, in some time but that was why I wondered if they have really hard hitting rain.
Maybe I'm wrong about things though. Maybe they get most of their rain like this.
