Terria with University of Phoenix

I called up to ask a question and this woman who said her name was "Terria" offered this to me:

"Did you say you wanted to speak to Jeffrey?"

This woman was making a reference to my use of this name for my son when we were in Canada.  The woman is a bitch.  Bitch.

It had nothing to do with my friend "Geoff" who I never call "Geoffrey".

I had not even given her a name, so it wasn't as though she was confirming something I said.

This woman deliberately harassed me by bringing my son up and a reference to my son, that she would know was distressing to me.  She also did it with a sarcastic tone.  "Did you say you wanted to speak to Jeffrey?"
