My son looked and acted better this visit. He said a couple things which sort of sounded like brainwashing but not much. He just acted more natural. He sounded like he said something about wanting gum cake and then when I tried to confirm he said "say nothing" or something like that or don't say anything.
I thought it was interesting because the book I'm writing, with my son in mind, is about The Gum Planet. That's not the title, but the topic.
