If I discover I was ever medicated without my knowledge or consent, this would also be grounds for New Trial because of new discovery that I didn't have earlier and I would be able to use this evidence to prove, well, a number of things.
I really do not think Judge Hotchkiss helps himself by refusing me a lawyer NOW.
I know that these people didn't want me to be present for the hearings in termination proceedings, about medical stuff. I was told, by state workers, that it was just presentation of the same stuff I already knew about.
Then, Judges chambers wanted me to have copies of everything BUT those hearings.
And, all this time, I have never even heard the hearings which I was hung up on. Always delayed discovery or never getting it at all.
For me, if that really was Dr. Freed at Central Washington ER, why was he there? They kept stalling on getting me in and then Dr. Freed shows up? He has nothing to do with the Central WA ER. The doctors all trade, anymore, between Central and WVC, but Dr. Freed isn't part of that. Maybe it wasn't Freed though. I could be totally wrong. I didn't have my glasses on and I couldn't tell. It may have been another doctor. That doctor was wearing orange. An orange shirt.
