A few things that Franklin Gilkey said to me while I was around him. I showed him the raindrop hypopigmentation and he said, "It looks like squamous cell carcinoma." Actually, either he or Cheryl said this. It didn't look anything like that, but I later read arsenic poisoning can lead to this, especially sometimes after the raindrop pigmentation.
The other thing Franklin said was, "I hope you make it back from Wenatchee." He said this in a strange way.
Finally, when I said I wanted shoes for my son, he repeated something my aunt had said to me over the phone, about how my son would like anything that was coming from "Mama" and he said "Mama".
