I have decided today to quit smoking pot. Completely, but I do this knowing I am going to be in trouble with pain from migraine and will miss work unless someone figures something out. I don't know what is best right now but might be able to think of something in the next few weeks or so. I think ergotamine IV is best, but I don't know how safe it is for the rest of the body yet, and I also don't know that much about triptans. I've had more tension headaches lately and have had to take Ibuprofen and other stuff but I'll probably try to eliminate that. I'm not having alcoholic drinks anymore, even though I know I'm not an alcoholic, simply to make CPS happy, even though they have no way of knowing whether I drink or not. I am also cutting back on energy and coffee drinks. Will try to exercise more.

The whole lying to be in agreement and agreeable part will come after I finish the TTSOMLs.
