Concentration Camp Comment

I got a comment from someone about my use of the phrase "concentration camp" and will have to repost what I'd written and then his comment. I thought it was well written and had a point but also gave me a chance to clarify my use of the term and why, at times, what I and my son have been through, have been very similiar.
