I just found out, one day before trial, that a long email I sent, with a very good argument for my case with my son, to get vistitation, regarding abuse, and for New Trial, is missing.
I have all these emails that I sent to the same address, to Jo Jackson, clerk for Judge Hotchkiss, which show they were sent...all of the "witness statements" but not my original email with the argument and motion/request, which I asked be filed.
So it's not in my sent box at all, even though I copied it to myself and sent it and saw that it was sent right after it went out. I checked the sent box and it was there. Now it's NOT there.
