First Photo Of Bruises On Oliver's Legs

This is the photo I showed Sgt. (detective) Jerry Moore when I went in to complain about his bruises. I asked him to go out that same day because this camera only picked up on a few of the bruises, and several didn't show up because of bad lighting or resolution. I counted out 9 bruises on this leg and yet just a few show up.

The camera that was used isn't very good. I used this camera to take a photo of Oliver smiling and it shows his teeth but doesn't pick up on his tooth deformity the way another camera DID, very clearly.

So besides evidence of abuse and consistent bruising in fingertip patterns on my son's legs, I will be showing an example of the bad resolution by posting a photo from this camera, of Oliver's teeth, and then a photo from another camera, of Oliver's teeth, which clearly shows his tooth abnormality, which pediatric dentists (two) have said was caused by traumatic childbirth, is not a figment of my imagination.

Jerry Moore purposefully didn't go out that day to take photographs, even though he had a statement from me, which was sworn, and had seen this photo.

In this photo, you can clearly see two reddish brown bruises near my son's ankle. If you look closely, it's hard to see, but there are two lighter greenish purple bruises beneath it which are older. His legs showed these lighter purple ones which were fading and then the newer reddish brown bruises and all of them were similarly shaped, in small round circles and usually close together. It was from fingers grabbing his legs roughly. My son doesn't bruise easily. Never, in my care, did he have bruising like this.

Oh no! Evidentally both of my children were badly abused because they consistantly had these type of bruises up and down one leg or another or both. That's called bumping into things, playing inside or outside, being a child up to about 6 or so. You will typically see those on most any active child. They don't have to "bruise easily" either. I remember having those types of bruises and my parents, or anyone else for that matter, had not even touched me. I had been playing outside.
It's not abuse, unless being a child is abuse.

You obviously didn't read my post. I said all of the bruises didn't even show up in this photo. That happens, depending on the resolution of the camera and lighting. I am going to prove this by showing you later two contrasting photos of my son's teeth--one taken by this camera where they appear normal and another taken by another camera where it is clear he has an abnormality. Not to mention he's had a bunch of cavitities because he simply does not have the enamel to cover his teeth properly. The dentists said his permanent teeth are most likely also affected.

As for the bruising...Listen up Sherlock.

NINE-TEN bruises on ONE leg, that are all the same size and shape, like that caused by fingers pressing too hard, on his calve, his shin, and his ANKLES. Then, only two bruises like fingermarks, on his left leg. At the same time he had a massive pinch mark on his shoulder of burst blood vessels.

One week later, they were all gone. He had no bruises. It was a Monday that he had no bruises. By WEDNESDAY he had the exact same pattern, this time not NINE but TEN bruises all similarly sized and shaped, on only his RIGHT leg and two or three on his left leg.

Guess what asshole? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know a child doesn't poke themself or play in a way where perfectly round bruises occur, always that many MORE on the right leg.

He still wears diapers and my son was freaking out about not making a mess and getting hyspterical the last time I tried to change his diaper? Why? Because someone is obviously yelling at him for having a BM and probably grabbing him with a grip that leaves MARKS to hold his legs to change his diaper.

Shut up until you have some brains to speak with. But thanks for giving me the opportunity to clarify for you what you haven't any common sense to observe or understand on your own.

I might add, THEN I had state workers, like Michelle Erickson specifically, and the visitation monitor, purposefully trying to KEEP me from checking his legs and ankles to see if the pattern is continuing and in what shape he's in. Guess what? Someone decided to be sneakier about it, and just grab him around the ankles where his socks cover, and hopefully no one will notice.

I notice, because I'm his mother, and if you had any sense to read all the witness statements, you would know I am a GOD DAMN GOOD ONE at that.
