I am having problems, again, with the customer service and now it's coming from African-Americans. And it's NELA again, the one with offices in Seattle and Portland.
I was given a number to call to get my letter that clears me so I can get into college, and right from the start, I get "Stefano", an African American man answering the phone, trying to obstruct me from getting to my account. Then he refused to send me to a supervisor, telling me he'd put me to VM. And said it was Sallie Mae.
I can definitely add to this post and will update later.
