Wenatchee Guy?

Today I saw this man drive by who I always saw in Wenatchee when I lived there. He always drove a truck, wore sunglasses, and reminded me of a Bruce Willis look alike. I saw him a LOT. I am not sure, but I even think he wore a hat, but he just looked so familiar today. I was pretty close up.
