Cassel Tells Me Hearing Is For Something Else (May 13, 2008)

Cassel was writing to me about Motion for DISMISSAL, not change of venue, and that's what he made me think the first hearing was about. He also told me BY PHONE that he was arguing for dismissal of all allegations. I wasn't told anything about change of venue and I didn't think I had to be there for dismissal of allegations. I WOULD have been there for a change of venue argument. But Cassel didn't even have all of my medical records for change of venue yet and I had told him, leaving msgs on his VM, that I COULD NOT open attachments and didn't even know what he was writing. He had last talked to me and emailed me about dismissal of all allegations and I told him I couldn't read the motions by attachment and he never bothered to mail or FAX me copies and he KNEW I had access to a fax machine:

I agree to the motion for dismissal of allegations, if you think it will fly.

If you don't think it will fly, or have received NEW discovery or have talked to AG Caballero and something has come up, please let me know.

I'm confused now bc I thought you believed we could have the entire thing dismissed at the next hearing, but now you want to do change of venue?

If you think we have enough to get it dismissed outright, with what you have, and have talked to AG about it, go for it. If not, let me know what you need.

I'm being taken to the bank tonight and I can get enough money for taking photos of this place here.

I'm going to give you a release form today too. It's pouring down rain but I'll ride my bike and see if I can do it from work. It's not good for me to use my workplace for this kind of stuff though. Really NOT a good idea.

And I still can't read any of the attachments that have been sent. I don't know what the AGs angle is at all, but I need my son back.

I'm really suffering at this point, and my son is also suffering and I can hear it in his voice. He needs to be with his mother.

And I AM doing the best I can, under these circumstances. You have no idea how I've fought for my son, ever since he was born, and even before he was born. He doesn't even eat sweets, because he prefers veggies, fruits, and meat, and all kinds of exotic foods, and Estelle (who he was staying with) commented on this, and Estelle said he's the sweetest and most delightful boy, as everyone says. When Holly came to pick him up, he was shy going BACK to even Holly and Pablo, because he doesn't understand ANY of this. He's getting tossed all around, and he's so well-adjusted, he's trying to be brave, but then I'll call him and I can hear how he's doing, and everyone agrees he's not been doing well now that he doesn't see me at all. My son needs to be with ME, IMMEDIATELY.

Please see if you can work something out with Tom & CPS. A different kind of stipulation or something.

I will do anything for my son, and I would rather not put things up online about people, when I really don't care (personally) except as if affects politics. Tom can be whatever sugardaddy he wants to be, that's his business. I personally don't want to go into an "arrangement" with some guy with this pressure but it makes sense if I'm going to have to continue to fight for my son and my reputation. I've talked to a lawyer, as of today, about tax and other obligations and it falls to the man, not me, but I'm talking about it more in-depth today. I'm not a prostitute or an escort and haven't done anything of the sort, but there is nothing illegal with being with ONE man long-term who gives gifts. I've already done the research.

I don't drink (except light social), do drugs, and there is nothing wrong with my mind. My son never should have been taken from me. If Tom doesn't like the tone of my email or feels it's "inappropriate" I think that's hypocritical, considering...
