Out of Time

Now, I am out of time. If I don't go back, I will lose my son for loss of bond, which I didn't create, but which the state created. And if I go back, I will never the fair and objective diagnostics I need to further prove what happened to me and my son was real. It would take at least another month to get the diagnostics I need, and over here, I am more likely to get a fair chance and there are experts in this field. Washington has no such experts. In Maryland, there is an enormous science group that specializes in neurology diagnostics and experiments for migraine and seizure. This is a group of some of the best scientists and neurologists in the world, in this field.

But I am forced to choose between proving my disability and discrimination, which would help me to clear my name AND get my son back, and just going back to Wenatchee with nothing.

The state is responsible for this, and my public defenders, who didn't provide reasonable counsel, who severely prejudiced my case with their negligence. I had so many incredible violations of my rights and disregard for rules of civil procedure, it is shocking. Anyone I give some of the details to, knows it's wrong. THEY know. I'm talking about regular jury-type people. Everyone I talk to is mortified and keeps asking how this is even possible. They all think I should file a lawsuit and keep asking how this is possible. They ask what town this is. They want to know, where is it, in the U.S., that this kind of thing was allowed to happen?

Which is what I'VE been asking. HOW is this possible, if this is the best country in the world? If it cannot even handle some of these things in an expedient manner?
