I just remembered that investigation of judges and bankruptcy fraud is handled by the attorney general/FBI. I suppose keeping it in Oregon would be advantageous, but perhaps someone from headquarters and a larger institution should know the concerns.
My concerns:
1. the archdiocese has filed for bankruptcy by fraud.
2. judges in marion county have obviously interferred with my right to fair trial and due process, by muddying up my case with their personal prejudices with THREE different judges who were caught, not to mention the recent letter by judge dickey that he will not "file" my letter about not receiving the motions for the city of mt. angel, or for dick whittemore (because judge Graves had reopened it), or others. he claims i must file formal motions, but he would know that is not true, that letters can be considered as pleadings, and anything that I file with the court must be filed, whether it's a letter or motion. i'm not going to fight him, i'm just going to let him know i know, and write him up in one of the ethical complaints about judges to the judicial committee, and, probably, to FBI out of the state, along with the others.
