I'm quite sure, of the things I can prove, I can show a court, how most of the hearings were scheduled by the State, to coincide with the expected time I get migraines.
I know for a FACT that the hospital in Wenatchee, CWH, did this for their hearings for injunction. I didn't have a rememdy then either. So I noticed when every single hearing fell on a migraine date.
If I can prove this, I can prove even my medical records have been used against me, to cause emotional distress, intentionally.
They used my disability to cause more pain and suffering.
