I didn't get this until just now. It's late on the 18th. I will have to request a reconsideration for medical emergency reasons. I was at ER yesterday and unable to check my email earlier than now. I did not commit the infraction I was cited for and wish for a retrial based on extenuating circumstances; I'll have to fax something to you as soon as I can.
