Hi. Locklyn had said getting change of venue is mostly 'filling out a form'. I'm sure reasons have to be put on the form and a case, more or less made, but a court appointed attorney CAN apply for change of venue at least according to Locklyn; I had asked her about it before she left for california. We are not made of money, and really do not want to pay money that is not necessary and Dad is pretty against paying for an attorney...at all... It's not that he isn't against some of what cps and canadian officials have done, but you DID take off of your own accord. And you took off never even intending to talk to us again, per what you yourself have said.
