Mom, below is a cut and paste for cheapest RT flights to and from France. There are some EXTREMELY CHEAP flights right now, for travel in March-May. The cheapest is $370 RT not including txs, and $561 RT including all taxes. These are very hard to come by.

I called and wrote to the place in the U.S. that has a lab but it IS military and the woman I spoke with said she'd send out my email but that it was unlikely they'd do testing for a private party. It's the only place in the U.S. that is up-to-snuff and would hold up in court. There is also a lab in Canada, but obviously, I cannot go to Canada.

The only option, so far, is at an institute just outside of Paris, France. I would fly into Paris and take a bus to the place. So far, it's the only professional and quality-standardized place that accepts private pay and will do private testing.

Total cost for testing: $200 for passport, $1,000 (euros) for the actual testing, and say $561 for a RT ticket. $1,700 total, not including food and lodging. Food and lodging may be cheap if I go to an international hostel.

That's IF I have to be there in person. If they just need a blood sample to be mailed to them and tested, it would be just the $1,000 euros plus postage. AND, I'm checking to make sure that just testing blood would be good enough. If it's more accurate to check teeth, or tissue, I would do that.

Below are flights. Note that I've done all this work and research myself and I'm dead serious about it.

I truly don't think I could be open to mental health evaluations or testing until this is ruled out. All psychiatrists and doctors can have different opinions and they are NOT objective. They may be "independent", but mental health testing is subjective and depends upon a person's interpretation. Which is why people end up with multiple and conflicting diagnosis', just like even Charlotte had/did.

In my life, I've never had anyone diagnose me, who is a professional, with any mental health illness. It is not in my best interest, or Oliver's best interest, to put myself in a position where there is great risk of being diagnosed with something I don't have, or anything at all.

There was a time I offered to be tested, and asked many people to go ahead and test me if they believe my complaints about the Catholic church or FBI, and no one would. They knew it would come back clean and then it would give my complaints MORE credibility. NOW, I have people with grudges against me, who don't believe the "radiation" stuff and think this is perfect information to pass on to any doctor who would evaluate me. They know a professional would look at that, and include it in his evaluation of me, and that the chances are very good, I will be classified as nuts.

Then, the court can actually ORDER me to follow their recommendations and to even TAKE MEDICATIONS, using getting Oliver back as barter and leverage.

Once that happens, even if by rare chance I got Oliver back, I would be officially stigmatized for life and no one would ever believe anything I said again, and no one would believe any of the complaints I've made in the past, because they'd say I was crazy, and they wouldn't even worry about defaming me because they'd say I had had a mental health evaluation and it's "true". And if I'm that mentally ill, no one will ever place Oliver with me again, not even with medication, and if the "medication" doesn't work to their liking, they will keep him from me. CPS is ready to adopt him out and was working on breaking our bond, not on reuniting us. And any lawyer I've talked to says if they can get a diagnosis that I'm nuts, I will never have Oliver again.

So, this is why I will not put myself in a position to have the rest of my life, and Oliver's life, jeopardized.

If there is any even remote chance that INDEED, what I say is true, that both me AND Oliver were exposed to some form of radiation, I should be tested for this FIRST. Otherwise, the radiation proof will NOT be taken into consideration for a mental health evaluation. If I don't have proof it really happened, my statements that it happened, which have already been printed out by CPS, will be used against me. They'll give it to the psychiatrist or psychologist, and based on most "likely" situations, it will be ASSUMED I was not exposed to radiation and that instead, my claims of this are proof of a psychotic break or mental illness.

To do radiation testing AFTER someone says I'm nuts, is too late. And not only that, by that time, someone would already be telling me to take meds and do this and that, and YOU and DAD would NOT even pay for such testing, would you? If a doctor said I had a mental health illness, as you believe I do, if you don't believe what I say about radiation, then you just want proof from a doctor yourselves and then want me in "treatment". You hope someone can fix me and make me nice and sweet and hope I'll never have problems with people again, and I've already told you, that's not going to happen.

I will never stop writing. God gave me a voice and a passion for writing, and I will NOT stop, period. That is not "mental illness", that is listening to what I believe my calling is and that God has given me a brain and voice and abilty to write for a reason. It will also continue to cause problems in my life and create enemies and make people mad.

But I'm not mentally ill, and the minute someone, anyone tries to evaluate me, even an independent person, when they read what I wrote about "radiation" and other symptoms, they'll try to say I'm mentally ill or had a psycotic break or have had them in the past or whatever, and no one will have ANYTHING to prove this isn't true, or to take into consideration.

I must have testing for radiation FIRST, or no will will factor this into an evaluation.

This is my mindset and it's not nuts. It's rational, and it's the truth and you know it.

I need a lawyer first. I need a private attorney. ANd then at the same time, now that I know there is a place to be tested, I must be tested ASAP.

And if I DO have to do this all on my own, and no one will help me with the testing or support me, I will BE completely on my own and know my family has put conditions on me. At that point, I will absolutely walk out and do what I believe I have to do, and what is in my and Oliver's best interests.

CPS isn't working "with me" and lawyers are telling me it looks bad and like they are purposefully interfering and want to have him removed and adopted out by someone else. They don't care. As for you, you either have to take a leap of faith and trust me, or you decide to follow your own intuition, whatever that may be, or your beliefs, or whatever people tell you, and you let me know you won't be helping me.

I absolutely will not change my mind about having radiation testing before mental health testing. It will ruin my chances of ever ruling other things out and NOT being seen as crazy, because of assumption.

If you and Dad decide you CANNOT and will not help me pay for radiationn testing BEFORE any mental health evaluations, I really need to know as soon as possible.

I can be flexible about just about everything else, except this. I must be tested for radiation exposure first. I cannot and will not, jeopardize my entire life and future and my credibilty and my son's life and future, by compromising on this point. If it means I have to wait a longer period of time to see Oliver, or I am threatened with losing him, that's what will happen. I know that by having a mental evaluation without having radiation testing first, I am already threatened with losing him.

You think this isn't true because you think there IS something wrong with me. You don't believe the radiation or that I was as sick as I say I was. So you have already told me you think this is in my head. You then believe I'm mentally ill and must believe I will be diagnosed with soemthing and then maybe someone will "treat" me for it. You think if I comply with "treatment" that then I'll get Oliver back. But you thought CPS was trying to help me with visitation with Oliver and was teling you the truth about things too. ANd Pamela. And Marie has lied to me on countless occasions and jerked me around. But you still blindly believe I'll get Oliver back if I just get into treatment.

You should NOT trust CPS.

But you trust them more than me because you have made up your own minds there is something wrong with me. You think maybe I can get away with some minor diagnosis and keep Oliver but you're wrong. The reason they will demand evluation now and the reason they took him away is because they are absolutely convinced any judge and mental health person, by reading what I wrote about radiation, will conclude I'm schitzophrenic and/or psychotic.

You have to be willing to give me a chance.

If you don't, I don't stand a chance.
