I ran 11.2 miles this morning after almost crying and then just deciding to go with the other headphones. It took me 2 hours and I listened to a christian music countdown and didn't even sweat or get out of breath. My feet started to ache a little, but that was it. I was wondering myself why I wasn't breeaking a sweat or even out of breath. ?! Thuh maniac is BAAAAACK.
This morning the verse I pulled from the Y basket was 2 Timothy 4:2,
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that day, and not to me only but also to all who have love His appearing.
