Seizure Fever

my friend's comment on the seizures (I had to post!). He wrote:

I sure hope you find out about the seizures. I always thought you were a great dancer. But maybe it was just the seizures. Just kidding.

Thank you anonymous,

This is really, really sad. I like the suggestion in comments, after the article, where someone posted a clip about how one mother took the state and CPS workers to federal court for violations of the 4th and 14th ammendments, for violating her constitutional rights.

I am praying more lawyers will get involved in these kinds of cases.

Too many kids have been damaged and traumatized by the CPS system.

I'm going to post this entire article at length, with the comments at the bottom.

I hope there are lawyers out there who will help some of these parents and families, who will hold the state accountable for not following procedure, and for violating constitutional rights.

Also, I guess I'll add, it's very clear to me what CPS's agenda has been. They purposefully pushed to have my son's bond with me destroyed, refusing to let him see me until a month after he'd been taken, during a time he was hysterical, my family tells me and sick. He lost so much weight from the distress.

Then, they go so far as to terminate even telephone visitation? I find it strange, especially after I'd made posts about how eagerly he took calls from me,and was calling me mommy and mama, over and over and wanted to keep talking to me.

Right after THIS, they terminated my son's right to hear his mother's voice.

They have done everything possible to set this up to have him adopted out. Even when I was going over for visitation before my disabilities really started hurting, I made every single appointment, and asked for MORE time than just 4 hours a week, and CPS REFUSED.

There was no reason to refuse to allow my son to see me more often, but they kept saying I had to have evaluations by THEIR people, in that town where I had already been able to prove it was impossible to find objectivity. I couldn't get objectivity in the entire state, because everyone I went to was contacted by a Wenatchee doctor who would slander me.

I mean, it's a little odd when you have Wenatchee doctors lying about X-rays and CPS withholding any radiology reports of my actual injuries, and when you have Wenatchee and Washington doctors saying I hardly have any prolapse, and then I go to another STATE, and suddenly, I have a major uterine prolapse that's worthy of a medical malpractice suit? I mean, I was only 2 months pregnant and my prolapse didn't go from being "hardly there and improving" and not necessitating surgery, to being bad enough that DOCTORS are telling me I have grounds for a lawsuit! I mean, these Maryland docs said that now the baby was gone I should get further diagnostics and get surgeries to fix all the problems.

But if I'd stayed in Wenatchee, this never would have come out, and you notice too, no one in Wenatchee thought I'd be able to get diagnostics here bc they knew I couldn't afford it. If I got insurance, they would find out through CPS and track me to find out where I went. They were NOT worried, not until I posted on my blog that I was pregnant and that the doctors had ordered diagnostics. Suddenly, the judge said I had to return to Wenatchee and appear in person for the next hearing, or lose my son? I suddenly got MORE pressure to return, I think, because they knew if I was pregnant, I might get medical care.

Now, I no longer have a baby, but I have proof that baby shouldn't have caused so much pain and that there are abnormalities in me since the childbirth and this will lend towards proving my son also suffered.

Wenatchee bent over backwards, in collaboration with the State, doctors, and the Washington justice system, to keep me from ever getting evidence they were wrong.

NOW, they've sort of lost, and are their position isn't getting better.

It's going to be very, very, bad for them if my son isn't returned to me and they keep up the lies and slander. At this point, the smartest thing they could do, is feign ignorance and apologize and hope I can't prove their actions were intentional.
