I don't know if you got the last e-mail I sent...Sorry so long-winded.
I am wondering what Steph would like or could use (shower gift)...
Knowing Steph, she probably has tons of lingerie and just about everything else.
My mother said, "How about pots and pans?" and I said, "Mom...She's a chef."
And then my mom remembered this was for a shower and not wedding gift, so we were trying to think of some things but if you have any ideas, or if Steph has special interests we should know about, please tell. I see she is still into "pink". My mother brought the shower invite over from my grandparents and it's very pretty. Looks just like her.
My parents are happy for Steph and have sent their good wishes and congratulations. Stephanie is still probably my parents' favorite friend (that I've had); she has a special place in their hearts and memories.
Also, thank you so much for the generous offer to bring me and Oliver to the shower, overnight stay, and home again. I wouldn't be able to go without help, as Oliver hasn't even been in a car longer than 30 minutes and I will probably need my hands free to occupy him if he doesn't sleep. I can't wait for all of you to see him...he's very cute and so far, he's over the 100th percentile for height and about 70th for weight. He's an easy baby, and happy, so not too much to worry about. And he has some cute Baby Gap slacks and shirt he can wear to the shower if it is okay to bring him to the event.

Is this the correct mailing address to use for your invitation? Is this the correct email address to reach you? Do you have a phone number? I am leaving for England on Wednesday afternoon and need to get everything in the mail in the next 24 hours.
Stephanie has stressed to me over and over how much she wants to see you and how important it is that you come to the bridal shower. If you need transportation from Cashmere to Seattle, I am happy to help. I will be in Seattle beginning on Oct 15 through Oct. 26 for my dad’s surgery and I could travel to Cashmere to pick you up on Friday night and bring you back after the shower. We have an extra bedroom in the condo that would be big enough for you and your baby.
