I made falafel today.
It was vegan and gluten-free falafel so it didn't hold together but I think it could have if it had been dropped into a different kind of high temp. frying oil. I used coconut oil.
The most suprising thing was roasting the coriander a little and then crushing it and realizing it smelled like something I was familiar with. I sniffed again and it was from my childhood. Then I realized, it's the same smell that Fruit Loops has.
We rarely had sugary cereals but a few times we got Fruit Loops and the other kinds.
I made other things as well and mailed out some things.
