Wells Fargo Refuses To Respond To Email

I sent an email to a banker I had to deal with in Nashville, TN.

His name was Matthew Sexton.

I sent an email to him 3 days ago and asked for a reply about my account and he has ignored my email and not bothered to write back.

He is someone who got transfered to work there or asked for the transfer, after it was already my bank.

I've worked in business, and some kind of reply within 24 hours is customary. Especially from a banking institution. So after 2-3 days (maybe it was 2) I wrote again.

And then over here, after writing him, they park some big "Coachman" trailer or bus in front of the library that I was walking to.
