The state didn't address the slapping of my son, or who was watching him, and when I complained my aunt didn't have my son properly restrained in a carseat and didn't know how to tighten the straps and had them loose, CPS did nothing:

I also need to know if my son has EVER been out of my aunt's supervision and babysat by someone else, perhaps within the family. There is someone I am concerned about who I would never want my son around unsupervised.
