I appreciate this follow up response. I am very desperate and don't know what to do. I've been researching RICO in just the last few days and if I had money for filing costs, I'd even try to do it myself, though I'm beginning to think Section 1983 fits better. and Anti-SLAPP. I am most confused, in general, over the meaning of interstate commerce and
interest, and spent this afternoon reading a legal textbook online to get a better idea but it's complicated.
After reading how expensive the filing costs are, for RICO claims, I can understand why no lawyers take such a case on a contigent fee basis. I do believe I have a lot of evidence to prove my claims, but I understand it would take money to try.
I guess, in America, it has become increasingly clear that justice is only for the rich, and that Justice must be bought.
There is no way for Americans who are poor or less than rich, to stand up for their civil rights. This country has every marking of a true plutocracy.

I’m sorry I don’t have enough information to perform and evaluation of your case. I don’t know any civil RICO litigators who take cases on a contingent fee basis.
