I have to devote a whole new post to Moscato. I've just discovered it, thanks to the kindly older gentleman I was speaking of the other day who bought me some things and a little bit of wine--the one who was catholic.
So he said moscato is a good white wine, and he was NOT kidding. It's like drinking a sweet perfume, it's more flowers and champagne than fruit. I love it. It's the first time I've tried it and I have to write about my firsts.
