Torture Near Koi Fish Farm Off Of Central (discovered Dec. 24, 2012)

I discovered use of harmful forms of energy applied to a property that was not our own property.  After I found it, the next time I went out to walk, my knee was targeted and almost a dozen police were going back and forth during my walk.  I have more information listed in my post "UPDATE:  My Mother's Eye Is Bulging From Torture".
