I called about assassination and rape attempts against me and Patti Otterbach raced over to the house and told my mother to go on a walk with her.
They just left at 6:40 p.m. and walked out of a driveway and will be walking around Central and then the Highway.
I am concerned because Patti was involved in torture of my mom and worked for police.
