I was told over the phone by the passport people, that my passport information looked great and it should be sent to me within a month.
Now, they purposefully blocked processing and claim my compliance to their last request "isn't enough".
I gave them what they said they needed and now they're claiming they need an additional 5 pieces of information that are 5 years or older. They're also telling me to fill out the biographic information all over again.
These people are absolutely unbelievable.
This is a deliberate attempt to delay and obstruct my right to travel freely.
