Two things I noticed with this low dose cortisone or steroid pack I was instructed to take for my back:
It triggers migraines and headache, for me, and it also triggers sometimes severe muscle twitching and spasm.
This started happening when I began taking this packet and my ex noticed. I think it might trigger seizure.
