My other babysitting job was for one little girl at a horse ranch. Horse farm, horse ranch, whatever.
That's where I got my stereotype ideas about horsewomen, or some of the jokes. The horse always looks better than the woman. Or, the barn is always bigger than the house. Serious riders, I learned, don't care about their house. They care about their barn.
I grew up with my mother riding and she always had at least one or two horsewoman friends tucked away somewhere.
(I'll finish this later because I need to work on other things)
