I have sent my claims properly, by pdf, as a pro se person who is indigent and requesting a lawyer and emergency preliminary injunction.
I've had no problems.
Not until now, and just this morning, received a contrary note from a "Cora Vargas" who I did not send my email to, when it was sent attention to, and to the direct box for "Penny Lamb".
Cora attempted to say the court refused to accept my amendments, when they have already accepted my claims and in the same form I sent them earlier.
My guess, is that either Cora mistakenly took mail from Penny's box, or a Judge is attempting to obstruct justice, perhaps as a favor to Judge Warren, whom I reported to the Judiciary Committee yesterday.
